Chapter 12 Suspicious Action


    "Larry, where have you been? You are so drunk."Kendra asked.


    "I went out when you left me downstairs. My friends phoned me for a drink."Larry exined.


    "Okay, I am gonna be early tomorrow. Lets sleep now."Kendra said.


    "Are you sure you want to sleep now?" Larry said.


    "Yes, I want to sleep now. I might go to Academy tomorrow. I dont need to wait for a week to return to


    work. I feel allright now." Kendra said.


    "You are so unbelievable."Larry said.


    "Whatever. Good night."Kendra said.


    The next morning at the Academy.


    "Hi, teacher! How are you?Its good to know that you are not sick anymore."Kendra''s student said.

    "Then lets finish it now. I want to go for lunch. I am super hungry."Kendra''s student said.

    "Yes, teacher I havent eaten anything since i woke up and came here."Kendra''s student said.


    "Okay, lets call it a day! Promise me to do your homework and I''ll be checking it tomorrow."Kendra said.


    "Yehey..yes I promise teacher. Lets go lunch together teacher."Kendra''s student said.


    "I cant I have to prepare for my as in my university. I have no time. I need to go now but then thank


    you. Nextime perhaps." Kendra said.


    "I see. Okay teacher take care."Kendra''s student said.


    Kendra waa rushing out of the academy to go home and prepare herself to go to university. At the


    boarding house,


    "Larry what are you doing there standing?Kendra wonderedly asked.


    "I am waiting for you."Larry said.


    "Huh, Why?Something wrong?"Kendra asked.


    "Oh no nothing. I just want to ask something."Larry said.


    "Not this time, I am in a rush."Kendra said.


    "Do you think I dont know?why you cant give yourself to me?I am thinking maybe you have someone


    else."Larry suspiciously said.


    "Larry stop , i have no time for this. Do you think I can still do that? I am too busy with my life. I am a


    working student. remember?"Kendra said.


    "Then whats wrong then?Why is it hard for you to give it to me?Larry angrily said.


    "See youter."Kendra said.


    "No, You wont go to your ss today at your university. We have to fix this issue."Larry demandly said.


    "We dont have any issue. You are only paranoid.What do you want to hear? I already exined to you


    what I needed to.I am not ready as I said. I am scared to get pregnant. I am still a student as well as


    you are. What is gonna be our life together when things happen unexpectedly?Will you take it


    seriously?Are you sure you are ready for a huge responsibility if ever?Kendra angrily said.


    "You dont trust me."Larry said.


    "Its not just I dont trust you. Its not I am not ready. I am still starting on my life being independent. I am


    not used to it. I am learning it. A lot of things to be considered. dont you even think in advance?"Kendra


    said.


    "Kendra its just you and me. Remember?You have to believe in me."Larry said.


    "Lets not talk about it. I have to go." Kendra said.


    "You are not going to your university without me."Larry said.


    "Really?" Kendra said.


    "From now on, I am going to fetch and bring you home everyday even at yournguage school. You


    have your phone with you right?" Larry said.


    " Okay fine..Lets go now."Kendra said.


    Kendra was totally disappointed with Larry. Though she knew to herself that Larry got a point but she


    could not even know how to say it well to Larry about how she truly felt. Kendra was not that so in love


    with him after she saw the other side of Larry. She started to question Larry again and again on her


    mind. Kendra could not understand herself well. She was too focus on her determination to finish her


    university and had a good life. She never prioritized well Larry''s feelings. She was too serious of her life


    as she only wanted to strive for the future.


    While on their way to the university, Kendra saw a convenient store and bought a drink.


    "Here is your change." Male staff smiling said.


    "Thank you."Kendra smiling said.


    "You are going to school now?" Male staff smilimg asked.


    " Excuse me, I am her boyfriend. Dont you see me Man?" Larry angrily said.


    "Larry, stop being paranoid. You are too much jealously and insecurities."Kendra said.


    " I dont want any guys to be touched and close with you Kendra."Larry said.


    " Hey, stop raising your voice. We are at the convenient store. Are you not ashamed? Dont fight with


    the male staff?"Kendra said.


    " I am sorry. We have to go now."Kendra said.


    Kendra pulled Larry out of the convenient store.


    "Nextime dont smile back when any guy ask like that to you."Larry said.


    "Are you fighting with me again?" Kendra said.


    "No.. I am just exining and reminding you that I am your boyfriend."Larry angrily said.


    "I understand but please stop being paranoid. Anyway, here we are now at the university.You can go


    home."Kendra said.


    " I will fetch youter and wait for my call."Larry said.


    Kendra was feeling no good for starting to be tight by Larry. She could not understand him at all.


    "Bye!" Kendra said and walked away from Larry.
