Chapter 15
Harry''s P.O.V.
Saying I was tired would be aplete understatement. I didn''t get any sleepst night. Giselle had
nightmares so I had to sing to her several times throughout the night just to keep her quiet. She finally
fell back asleep at around 3 a.m. I tried to follow suit but Mya had a panic attack and she could barely
breathe so I had to give her her asthma pump and put a cool rag on her forehead. By the time I calmed
her down and she was peacefully sleeping it was 7 a.m. Who would have know she could cry for that
long? I''m honestly surprised Mr. Hoffstetter hasn''t called yet.
The girls were currently watching princess and the frog in the living room and I just opened the door to
let ddin back into the house. I yawned rubbing my eyes. Dark circles were slowly making its way
under my eyes and I was literally battling sleep. I sighed. I can do this. Mr. Hoffstetter will be back
tomorrow and everything will be fine....just breathe. I said this several times in my head before I walked
over to the girls.
"Girls?" Giselle looked up at me and smiled. She stood and walked over to me. I kissed her soft lips
and smiled. "Hi princess." She frowned. "Bugga your eyes..." She lifted her soft hands up to my face
and rubbed my cheeks. I sighed at her touch enjoying the warmth that was radiating from it. "Bugga is
fine baby I''m just a little tired that''s all." She shook her head. "You should sleep, you don''t look good." I
smiled. "I''ll be fine I promise." She sighed then nodded. I hugged her close to my body. "I love you so
much baby." She kissed my chest since that was the closest thing to her. "I love you too."
I looked up and saw Mya frowning at us as a stray tear fell down her cheek. I sighed trying to think of
something quick to get her mind off of me and Giselle.
"Girls how about we go to the park today?" Both of their faces visually brightened at the word park.
"YES YES PLEASE PARK PARK!!!!!" They cried loudly causing ddin to bark and run away. I
chuckled "alright girlse on and let''s go get dressed."
"Um H-Harry can we bring ddin please?" I nodded, "Of course you can."

It was such a beautiful day. It was nice and warm but not too hot and there was a nice cool breeze. "Ok
girls you go y and I''ll be sitting right here alright? And be careful with ddin." The two nodded and
ran off giggling with the little pup following close behind.
I wanted to close my eyes just for five minutes but I didn''t dare do it. Anything could happen. I pulled
out my phone and tried to stay awake.
"U-Um Harry?"
I looked up and saw Mya standing there with a sad look on her face.
"What''s wrong love? You ok?"
She didn''t answer and fumbled with her fingers. I frowned and tapped the spot next to me. "Come sit
next to me love." She slowly sat down but didn''t make eye contact. I rubbed her back soothingly, "talk
to me hun, what''s wrong?"
It took her awhile to answer but she sighed as her eyes watered. "Harry I-I know I''ve been a hand full
and I just wanna say I''m sorry."
She started crying harder.
"I''m so sorry Harry I didn''t mean it. *sob* I-I just really miss daddy. He hasn''t *sob* He hasn''t called or
even sent a text since he left and I miss him so much. *sob* I''m so sorry Harry. I promise I''ll behave. I
promise I won''t give you anymore problems. *sob* But-But sometimes I just -I just can''t control it.....the
shaking the rocking the nose bleeds and even the tantrums. I-I so sorryyy...."
Once she finished exining I was literally in tears with her. "Honey rx ok? I''m not mad or upset. It''s
ok love and I thank you for talking to me about ok?" She nodded wiping her eyes with her tiny fists.
"Don''t cry anymore, your daddy is probably just really busy with work and big boy stuff that''s all.
Nothing to be worried about. I know you miss him, GG and I miss him too but guess what?" She looked
up at me as her tears subsided.
"What?"
I smiled, "you''re daddy will be back tomorrow!!"
My excitement made her smile wide. "I know!! I''m so excited!!! When we get back home can I color him
a picture?"
"Of course you can darling."
She smiled. "Now go y because I think ddin and GG miss you." She looked over to where they
were. Giselle was helping ddin slide down on the slide. Mya nodded running away but not before
giving me a quick kiss on the cheek.

We arrived back home at around seven o''clock. I took the girls to one of the buffets up the street from
the park. They absolutely loved it, they each tried to pile everything thing on their te but I stopped
them before it was toote. Afterwards I took them to the ice cream parlor near the t. It was Mya''s
first time ever eating ice cream so the nicedy behind the counter let her sample all the vors.
I was currently cradling Giselle in my arms as she dosed in and out of sleep. "Don''t fight it sweetheart,
just sleep. I''ll be here when you wake up." Her eyes fluttered closed and she was out like a light.
"Harry Harry look what I colored for daddy!!" Mya yelled running over to me. I quickly shushed her and
told her to lower her voice. "GGis sleeping love so you have to be quiet ok?"
"Sorry Harry" she lowered her face and kissed GG''s forehead. "Sorry GG."

I smiled. "Ok hun show me your drawing." She held up her drawing and my eyes widened. It was an
exact replica of all of us at the park. It was outstanding. "Wow Mya this is incredible. Where did you
learn to draw like that?" She shrugged. "I''m not sure it kinda just...happened I guess." I nodded. "Well
you did a great job. Well done. Your daddy is gonna love it." She nodded smiling slightly, "I hope so."
"Mya how about this....let''s get you to bed so that you can be well rested for when your daddyes
tomorrow? How does that sound?" She nodded smiling.
I stood cing a sleeping GG on my hip. I grabbed Mya''s hand and we slowly walked up the spiral
stairs.
