    I can''t believe it''s been a full week since I brought Mya here. Everything has been great. I mean yes


    there was a lot of tears shed but I helped her through it.


    Sadly, I have to go out of town for the weekend because my father needs to arrange a business deal in


    Detroit. I want to bring Mya so bad but we wont be able to spend time together at all so Harry said he''ll


    watch her for me. Thank the Lord for Harry.


    I looked down at the small puppy in my arms. I just got him this morning from one of my best friends,

    David. His dog just had babies about four months ago and he said I could have this cute little one.


    Since I was leaving I wanted to give Mya something that would keep herpany.


    "woof-woof" the little guy yelped wagging his tail. "No no mister you have to stay quiet because we


    don''t want the little princess to hear you now do we?" He licked my face in response causing me to


    chuckle. He''s so sweet. I stood holding the pup in my arms tightly as I walked over to my office closet. I


    carefully ced him in one of the boxes leaving the top slightly open so that he had some air. I closed


    the door silently praying that he would keep quiet. I sat back at my desk and called Mya.


    "Mya princess can you home to daddy''s office for a minute?"


    "Coming daddy" she called faintly. I heard her little feet quickly pad against the floor as she ran over to


    me. "Hi daddy hellooo!!!" I chuckled lifting her up on myp. "Hi baby girl how are you today?" She


    smiled widely, "I fine daddy. GG (she calls Giselle GG) gave me yummy crackers and a big giant


    cookie." I smiled matching her excitement and joy. "Is that so....?" She nodded happily. I sighed. Now I


    need to tell her.


    "Baby I need to talk to you for a minute."


    She looked up at me with worried eyes. "You ok daddy?" I nodded trying to rx her. "Yes sweetheart


    everything is fine. However, you know that daddy works right?" She nodded not breaking eye contact.


    "Well sometimes daddy doesn''t always have control over what happens at work and he has to follow


    the rules." I kissed her forehead. "Baby daddy had to go out of town for the weekend."


    She smiled brightly shing her beautiful pearly whites. "Daddy we going on vacation?!?! Where?!


    Where?!"


    I sighed. She doesn''t understand.


    "Baby listen to daddy carefully ok?" Her smile dropped and she nodded again. "Ok sweetheart


    sometimes daddy goes on vacation but he has to go alone because he has to work." Realization hit her


    and tears filled her eyes. "Y-You leaving me?" I sighed. "Baby it''s just for the weekend. I''ll be back by


    Sunday alright?" Tears stained her smooth chocte cheeks. "When are you leaving daddy?"


    "Tomorrow..." Her eyes widened. "Daddy you can''t l-leave....please don''t goooo."


    I brought her into my chest and rocked her back and forth gently shushing her. "Hey hey hey no tears


    princess ok? You''re too pretty to cry." She sniffled and buried her face into my neck.


    I shook her gently. "Baby girl I know what will cheer you up." She looked up at me with teary eyes.


    "What?" I smiled go look in the box that''s in the closet." She slowly stood up off myp and walked over


    to the closet. She slowly opened the door and looked inside the box. Her face lit up and she quickly


    forgot why she was upset.


    "A PUPPYYYYY!!!!"
