Jackie woke up to a tray of food beside her. She sat up shocked at the gesture. No one had done that
for her before.
Like she even had a man in her life before, pfff.
She shyly covered her face as Mase stared at her with a smile on his.

" Aright," he answered walking towards her window and pulling the curtains apart.
Jackie emerged from the bathroom and then sat on her bed. She gently poured the hot water into her
cup before dumping her tea bag in it. She opened the other te as the smell of bacon, sausages and
baked beans hit her. They are alone whet her appetite.
" Aren''t you joining me?" she asked picking a fork.
" Nope...this was made specially for you," he answered.
" Thanks, love," she said digging into her food. Mase entered the bathroom to take a shower. He had a
meeting with another recordbel wanted to sign on Alicia and Kyle since their old contract was about
to expire.
" Going somewhere?" Jackie asked as he emerged from the shower.
" Yeah, I have a meeting in 45minutes," he answered.
" A meeting?" she wanted him to exin further.
"I''d exin further when I get back, have a great day and don''t miss me too much," Mase added
walking out.

" Jess, hi." he hugged her as May looked on confused.
" It''s been ages...when did you get back?" she asked.

Those questions run through her mind as she checked on her food. She took thesagne from the
oven and served herself a portion. She kept the leftovers inside the fridge taking out a carton of orange
juice. She poured herself a ss and sat at her dining table picking up a fork and started to eat her
meal.

She sent a reply to the message he had earlier sent her. Within two seconds he had replied to her.
Maybe this won''t be so bad after all.
"How was your meeting today?" Jackie asked as Mase hugged her from behind.
" It went well," he responded getting a bottle of water from the fridge.
" So what was it about?" she raised a brow waiting for an answer.
" Signing Alicia and Kyle with another recordbel since their contract is almost over," he answered.
" Talking about recordbels...when is our song going to be released? I mean the one I did with Alicia
and Kyle, and when is our next tour?" she asked a two-in-one question.
"The song would be released in a month and we would be going on tour in three weeks. We''re going to
Washington, D.C. then London, Europe and finally Paris," he told.
"Shut up," she hugged him in excitement.
" You deserve all this and more, you''re a talented artiste and people around the world need to see your
talent." he praised her.
