Ethan POV


    I’m going to go into Gian’s condo now to talk to him. I know he’s here because when I went to his office he wasn’t there and it looks like the idiot didn’te in.


    When I got to the opposite side of his unit, I didn’t bother to knock anymore and I went straight to school because I knew his pass code.


    When I entered I saw him sitting in his living room holding wine, when he noticed me he stood up and walked towards me.


    “Why are you here fucker?” he asked.


    I immediately punched him without warning. “After what you’ve done to Belle you’re just here and drinking?” I angrily said to him.


    He quickly stood up and wiped his mouth that was bleeding from the force of my punch.


    “She’s mad at me and she doesn’t want to talk to me, I don’t want to force her first because I know I hurt her so I give her time to think. I know you’re mad at what’s happening to us and I can’t me you for that.” he promised.


    “How many times have I told you about that especially when you said that Maxine is back but because you are stupid you let it lead to this. I told you before that if you are not ready to enter into a rtionship don’t do it until you still have love for your ex because you’ll be unfair to your new woman and I’m concerned because I know it’s Belle you’re dating at that time.” I said.


    “I love Belle and I’m sure of it.”


    “But why are you stillmunicating and meeting Maxine? I know you have a reason and you can tell that to Belle so she can understand, look what is happening now your problem is getting bigger.” I promise.From N?velDrama.Org.


    “Because I don’t want to hurt Belle, it’s not easy for me to hide about Maxine. She is ckmailing me.”


    “And you let her do that? If you had told your girlfriend everything you wouldn’t be in a situation like this right now. How can you get her trust again after she heard your conversation with your ex? You even said you love her and you also love Maxine. And you also said that it’s not that easy for you to leave Belle because she’s the one who’s there when you’re down. What do you think she’ll think of what you said?     “I will not allow her to leave me. I know in myself that I love Belle not because she is the one who is beside me at the times I need someone to lean on because Maxine left me. I love her because I love her and not out of gratitude. I already cut mymunication to Maxine and I also told her that no matter what she does I will never go back to her. I don’t want to ruin the woman who rebuilt me in ??times that have in my miserable life.”


    “So what’s your n now?” I asked him seriously.


    “I’ll give her time to think first, I don’t want to force her to talk to me if she’s not ready yet. I know she’s hurt too much because I can see it in her eyes thest time we talk.”


    “Good to hear that, I thought you had no ns to fix your rtionship with Belle because I will make you whole body paralyze you by myself. And you are right you hurt her so much because she went home so I found out what happened to you.” I said.


    “I have no ns to let her Belle go. It’s just that Maxine is testing my patience because no matter what I do, she still doesn’t want to stop.”


    “Because she thinks that she still has a chance with you, she is still hoping.” I said.


    “I will fix this.”


    “Be sure of it before it’s toote.” I promised him.


    He nodded at what I said andter I told him that I need to leave already because I still had to go somewhere. I just hope he fixes Belle’s problem right away before he loses everything.


    Gian POV


    When Ethan left, I just sat on the sofa. I didn’t go into the office at first because I knew I wouldn’t be able to focus on work either.


    I tried to call her many times but she didn’t really answer. I didn’t want to go back to their house because maybe she really wasn’t ready to face me yet.


    Ethan was right if I had told Belle in the first ce about Maxine and what happened at the bar I would not have had such a problem.


    Belle didn’t wait for me to exin about what I said to Maxine, yes I love her but just as a friend and not like before because I have no intention ofing back to her.


    I know I can’t turn back what happens all I need now is to correct it. I will not allow Belle to be out of my life. She is the one I love the most now and I want to spend the rest of my life. She loved me the times I felt I was toyed with by destiny, she never left my side the times I almost lost hope of living because of the pain Maxine caused me and I won’t let that she will experience that thing, that she will end up in a dark ce with no one to lean on.
