” But why would she suddenly question us if we had a boyfriend? I mean that’s thest thing mom would do?     ” I should go inform Shane about it ” La said and Mirah nodded. La grabbed her bag and rushed out of their mansion.


    They had gotten a mansion as a birthday gift from their boyfriends, since their birthdate was the same date and.. Bryan and Shane knew the two loved to live together, they bought them a joint mansion. It’s really big and enormous and the interior design are really beautiful. It’s just like Shane’s big mansion. Tho the girls had refused the gift at first, they had to plead with them at several intervals. It took them weeks before they could ept the mansion.


    La got into her car( an expensive car she had bought personally with her pay). She ignited the car’s engine and drove out of the big and widely spacedpound.


    ** Shane’s Apartment **


    Shane heard sound of a car driving in into hispound and he took his eyes off theptop he working on. He got up from the couch and headed towards the door to get a glimpse of whom it was.


    Arriving at the door, he was a bit suprised to see La alighting from her car. He walked over to her immediately. ” Babe.. you didn’t tell me you would be here today ” He said but La only smiled and pulled him into a hug.


    ” I missed you ” She muttered. ” I missed you too ” Shane replied and broke the hug. He leaned closer and ced a wet kiss on her lips shortly. She smiled when he pulled away.


    ” So, you’ve got something to discuss with me? ” Shane asked as they both walked back in, into his mansion. La chuckled cutely. ” How do you know this? ” She asked, ncing at him as he held her hand into his and they both walked over to the dinning room.


    ” Of course you’re my girlfriend, I know when something is bothering you and you wanna say something ” He said confidently and she smiled, proud of this her handsome devil.


    ” I love you ” She said suddenly and he chuckled. He ruffled her hair cutely. ” I love you too ” He muttered and nted wet kisses on her lips.


    He pulled away and his face just some few inches away from hers. He smiled brightly. ” I love you so much baby. So tell me what’s wrong ” He said and she nodded.

    ” Wow ” Shane said in excitement as he brushed his hair backwards with his hands. ” That’s nice ” He said but she shook her head.


    He raised his brows in confusion. ” Why? You don’t want me to meet her? ” He asked and she nodded.


    ” Exactly ” She said and Shane’s brows raised the more. ” Why? ” He was confused.


    ” You see.. my mom and dad.. doesn’t fancy people from a high-ss, wealthy people like you. They don’t like rich people ” She said and Shane raised his brows.


    ” I don’t understand.. why? ” He asked in a scoff. ” I don’t really know. They never told me the reason and now that you’re my boyfriend, I don’t think they would give their consent of us.. and.. I don’t know what to do when mom suddenly wants to see you. What if she rejects you ’cause of whatever she had against rich people ” La muttered dejectedly.


    Shane sighed frustratedly and confusingly. He didn’t know what to do or say at that moment. He leaned back against the seat he was sitted on.


    He nced at La who had been staring earnestly at him, waiting for what he had to say. Shane sighed. He pulled her seat to his and moved his face a bit closer to hers.


    ” Babe.. seriously, I don’t know what to say or do at this moment. And I really think this is going to be hard ” He said truthfully and La sighed.


    ” Yeah I guess. But I really don’t know what to do ” She said. ” But can’t you like try to get to know the reason for their hatred towards.. you know.. rich folks. Maybe we could try to convince them together that I’m different, my family is different. We don’t discriminate against low-ss family and we’re really nice ” Shane suggested and La raised her brows.


    ” You would do that? ” She asked a bit suprised and Shane nodded. ” Of course.. if it’s gonna make everything work out between us. Yeah I will ” He said and she smiled brightly.


    ” Aww I love you ” She said cutely and hugged Shane tightly. Shane chuckled silently. ” I love you too ” He asked as they broke the hug, he pecked her forehead.


    ” So, are you busy? ” La asked as she looked around and her eyes caught Shane’sptop in the sitting room.


    ” Yeah, I was working before you stopped by ” He replied. ” Do you want me to help? ” She asked and he chuckled making him look cute as usual. ” Sure ” He said and ced her palm into his, he pulled her up and they both walked over to the sitting room where hisptop was.


    ** The Girl’s Apartment **


    ” This is you two’s house? ” Mr and Mrs Brown asked in shock as they stepped into the girl’s mansion. Mirah nodded slowly and bit her lips secretly.


    Mr and Mrs Brown nced at each other before walking on in without saying a word and Mirah something was wrong. They passed a secret message to each other.


    She was expecting this reaction from them anyways. She moved on anyways as she led them to their room. ” This is our room? ” Mrs Brown voiced out again in shock and Mirah nodded.


    ” This is a room and not another mansion on its own? ” She asked in shock at how big the room was for them.


    ” Yes mom. You two should feelfortable ” Mirah faked a smile, but deep down she was fidgeting. ” Where’s La? ” She thought silently as she bit her lips nervously.


    ” Um I should go to work now. I will be back before night ” She said. ” You two should feelfortable ” She added and Mrs Brown nodded, still looking around.


    ” Where’s La? When would she be back from work? ” Mr Brown asked. ” Um, before evening too. We would be back at the same time ” Mirah muttered nervously.


    Mr Brown nodded. ” Ensure you two ain’tte. We have a lot to talk about tonight ” He added and Mirah nodded.


    ” I will leave then ” Mirah said and rushed off at once.


    Mr Brown turned to Mrs Brown who also returned the same look. ” I knew something was fishy ” She muttered and Mr Brown nodded in support.


    ** Shane’s Mansion **


    ” They are home? ” La asked fidgeting and Mirah nodded. ” Gosh, what do we do now? ” She asked frustratedly as she pushed her head backwards.


    Shane sighed worriedly. ” Everything would be fine ” He assured La but she wasn’t listening. She was confused and frustrated on what to do at that moment.


    ” I think we should cook up a lie for them about the house. We just can’t tell them we bought that with our pay. The house obviously cost hundred of millions of dors, they would know that’s a lie ” Mirah said and Bryan supported as he nodded.


    ” So, what do we do? I’m confused and don’t even know what to do ” La muttered. ” How about you tell them I bought the house for Mirah as a birthday gift ” Bryan suggested and they all turned to him. Bryan turned to Mirah.


    ” I mean, they know you have a boyfriend and I don’t think they would be bothered if your boyfriend is a rich dude ” He said to her and Mirah smiled at his smartness.


    She looked away in smiles. ” Yeah, that’s true. We can say that ” She pped in excitement and Bryan chuckled.


    ” Yeah, you two would just say since you two couldn’t live apart. You.. ” Shane gestured at Mirah. ” You had pleaded with her for you two to live together ” Shane said and La nodded.


    ” Yeah.. ” La muttered sadly. ” Come on.. we got a solution already ” Mirah said but La shook her head.


    ” That’s just the least problem being solved. They still wanna know who my boyfriend is. I obviously can’t tell them Shane’s one rich millionaire. What do I do? ” She asked frustratedly.
