    Alissa woke up as her rm started to ring. She went to her bathroom and did all the necessary stuff.


    She came out and woke her sister up. Jade refused to wake up at first but finally gave in. Alissa wore a


    blue top and ck skirt, on the borders. She made a high ponytail and wore her ck heels. She


    went downstairs, Jade had already been dressed up and is on the dinning table. Alissa made pasta for


    them and served it in the two tes.


    "How is your office going?" Jade asked.


    Alissa already have decided not to tell this to anyone about what happened between her and her boss.


    So she quickly replied.


    "It is good"


    Jade smiled and asked "Do you get lots of work?"


    "No. Sufficient for a day" Alissa said.


    Jade nodded and continued eating her pasta.


    "How is your studying going on? Are you understanding everything?" Alissa asked.


    Jade smiled and said "Yes, I am understanding everything"


    Alissa was happy for her. Cause she don''t want Jade to have a life like Alissa have. She want Jade to


    be a sessful person in life. She quickly hurried up and left the house after giving Jade a kiss on the


    cheek.


    She sat in the bus and soon reached there. She got out of the bus and entered the building. She was


    feeling a little bit nervous. What will she do if Eric will try something new on her today? She gave a


    smile to Lauren and she returned a smile


    Alissa entered the elevator. She pressed the floor button and after 8 minutes she reached there. She


    started to walk towards her cabin. Then she saw that there was a bouquet and a card.


    They were the most beautiful roses. She smelled them and they smelled very nice. She opened the


    card and there was written.


    Sorry for whatever I''ve done with you yesterday. I know it was all wrong of me. But if you could forgive


    me then please do.

    She was in a muddled situation. She couldn''t proceed this into her mind as Eric Williams asked for


    forgiveness. She put the bouquet at the side of the table and the card in her purse.


    She switched on herptop and started working. She was looking through some stuff rted to the


    didn''t have any other choice. She got up and went to Eric''s cabin. She stepped confidently towards his


    cabin.


    She knocked on his cabin''s door and a raspy voice came from there "Come in"


    She went inside and said "You wanted to see me sir"


    "Yes, I wanted to see you" He teased.


    She just looked at him with a nk face as she was confused.


    He let out a breathyugh and said "Did you read my card?"


    She nodded. He looked at her, trying to read her face. But couldn''t make out. Sometimes, she can be


    totally nk and sometimes she overly reacts. Eric was waiting for her to reply but she just kept


    standing there. Finally, when he thought she is going to stand like this he said


    "Have you forgive me now?"


    "Um...Uh...Y-Yes s-sir..." She stammered.


    "Didn''t sound like you did. Anyways. Please bring the files after 10 minutes" He said and dismissed her.


    Alissa thought how he be a jerk and then show his dark side, then all of a sudden he show his


    decent face and then bes that professional business man. She couldn''t understand him. At first


    he show that he is possessive but then show a kind of thing which says ''do anything you want''


    She is really confused between all these faces. She have to maintain some distance from him. She


    entered her cabin only to find a girl sitting on the chair, looking here and there.


    Alissa cleared her throat to get her attention. She looked at Alissa and got up from the chair. Alissa


    looked at her, she was brte, had hazel brown eyes. Her features were very much familiar to Eric.


    She was a beautiful girl. She gave her a smile and Alissa returned the smile.


    Alissa came forward and sat on her chair.


    "Hello mam please take a seat. How may I help you?" Alissa asked.


    "Hello, my name is Cassandra Williams. I am sister of your CEO" She saidughing a little while saying


    CEO.


    Alissa understood why she was looking familiar.


    "Oh! Hello my name is Alissa Lawrence and I am the PA of Mr.Eric Williams"


    "That is why I came here. Actually I came back to New York after 3 years, I was in LA these past 3


    years. So I came here to meet my family and is going to stay here. Actually......Oh! Silly me. You must


    be thinking how much she talk. I came here after a long time so can you please tell me where is Eric''s


    office" Her voice was soft and cheerful.


    Alissa smiled at her. She was not like Eric at all.


    "Yeah, I was just going to his cabin. Come on I''ll show you" Alissa said.


    They both got up and started to walk down the corridor.


    "It must be hard to work with him right? He is a moody guy" She said and Alissa giggled.


    As they reached in front of his door. Alissa was going to knock but Cassandra just barged inside. Alissa


    followed behind her. Eric looked up and as he saw Cassandra and his face lighted up with happiness. It


    was the moment when he smiled. A real smile not a smirk or a crooked smile, a genuine smile.

    She went towards him and took him in her arms. He wrapped his arms around her. Alissa thought not
