    Amused by her remark, Xu Fengy on the bed with his hands behind his head and asked, "Oh, and why did you stop believing I''m actually a spy sent by some other guild?"


    "Because Guild Leader Lin Feng isn''t foolish to give someone else this much power without verification or confidence in them." Unamused, Allison held a deadpan expression and wondered why he even asked such a dumb question.


    "Alright, I''ll tell you a bit of my reason out of generosity." He chuckled and stopped teasing her. "There are two reasons that I did such an act. One of them is naturally to prevent some people from trying to use our Guild Name to do evil and ruin our reputation. But that''s not my main objective."


    He then paused for a second and stared at her. "Do you know what happens to people when they find sess after struggling for a long time?"


    "They celebrate in joy?" A bit taken aback, Allison wasn''t anticipating another life question.

    "Naturally, they will celebrate in joy, but afterward, their ego will grow. And people are quite funny. Some are able to resist the temptation of sess and remain the same, but some are unable to.
