Shortly after paving the way for Xu Feng to use the Teleport tform first, the same guard asked him, "May I ask for your name to have it logged?"
No matter what privilege the guard offered, he still needed to have a record of it, mainly to ensure that they could trace and track him back. Naturally, Xu Feng understood the necessity, given that he was indeed an unfamiliar person in their eyes.
"Sure, the name is Cool Wind." Xu Feng responded and stepped on the tform, much to the disbelief of many onlookers.
"He''s actually from the Vanguard Guild huh?"
"He got the Guild Emblem equipped, and I''ve heard only those above the rank of Junior Member could receive one."
"Cool Wind? That''s quite an unfamiliar name!"
"How did we not know about Cool Wind if he''s at least a Member Rank?"
By now, most of the yers at Star Falls City had heard of a few notable names within the Vanguard Guild. yers such as Lightning de, Skyfire Mist, Frencer, and the two Guild Commanders, Lunar Wraith and Shadow de.
The first three individuals were believed to be the first to obtain the Member rank, with the exception of the Guild Commanders who clearly obtained that rank due to their close rtionship with the Guild Leader.
Hence, they were all taken aback when an unknown yer also happened to have either a Member or a higher rank.
After all, where was he when the Vanguard Guild wasmencing arge-scale raid?
They had all seen the members participating in the raid from the System Announcement, so they were positive the name Cool Wind didn''t ring a bell.
Within the blink of an eye, numerous yers began posting about the discovery, wondering if there were more concealed Vanguard Guild members to start showing up.
The most popr rumor was that the Vanguard Guild was starting to gear up to start a war with Lethal Finance. Of course, Xu Feng remained oblivious, or more like he couldn''t be bothered about the other''s opinion.
While the onlookers on the line were overwhelmingly curious about Xu Feng, he had already picked the location to teleport: Riverwood Town.
As his figure quickly vanished from sight, some yers attempted to test their luck and asked where he had gone, with some even offering money.
However, those who had attempted were quickly sent to the back of the queue and given a stern warning. Discover stories with My Virtual Library Empire
"Any personnel rted to the Vanguard Guild remained confidential, so if anyone dares to bribe their way for an answer, will have to answer our spear." The same guard who had spoken with Xu Feng from earlier, dered solemnly.
Just what kind of big shot did these ordinary yers think they were?
How dare they even try to learn the whereabouts of someone assigned by Lin Feng?
This simple farce onlysted for a brief seconds, and during that time, Xu Feng found himself in the familiar location.
"Riverwood Town… it''s been quite some time since I''ve returned." He murmured, realizing not much had changed, albeit with the difference in the surge of new yers.
The tform was still somewhat cramped, and Xu Feng had to quickly move out of the way to not block the others froming in and out.
There were numerous new yers with excited expressions everywhere within the town.
"I''ve heard this was the Town that Lin Feng was from. I recalled the Reaver Guild even ced a bounty on him and this was the tform where Lin Feng dropped the bomb on them."
"Oh, I''ve heard about that incident as well. The Reaver Guild made a fool out of themselves when cing a bounty on someone who was already going to a city."
As Xu Feng strolled through the streets, he heard yers gossip among themselves, specifically the major incidents that had urred. Of course, aside from his particr news, there was also news about Herald Fist and Gentle Wind.
With how vast the Divine World was, discussions about so many different people weremon.
Chuckling, Xu Feng swiftly made his way near the Town Hall and began to wait for Allison to appear.
Thankfully, he calcted the time quite well. After all, a few secondster while waiting, he received a message from someone.
''Eversoul huh.'' Xu Feng thought to himself, opening Eversoul''s message which had a simple introduction and code words.
The code words were something Allison decided previously to ensure that she didn''t message the wrong person. Only by responding to the correct code words would she know she got it right.
She began with the code word: Do you have the map of Stardust Fields?
Very calmly, Xu Feng replied with: Only when the stars align.
Having given that reply, Xu Feng expected Allison to start revealing where she was, but to his dismay, she continued with more code words.
''Is she being serious right now?'' He twitched his brows in disbelief.
Eversoul: I heard the night owl calling.
Facepalmed, Xu Feng quickly typed in a few messages to reply to it.
Cool Wind: Only when the moon is full.@@novelbin@@
Eversoul: I see, then what about this. "And sets in the east" mean?
Cool Wind: It''s when the sun rises in the west.
Right after Xu Feng sent the message, Allison suddenly came out of the Town Hall and giggled sweetly.
"Wow, your patience is really something else," Allison said, having determined his location from the start.
"More like I knew you were overseeing who had their eyes glued to the empty space and typing randomly." Xu Feng shrugged and responded. From their first code words exchanged, he was positive she had already confirmed his identity to be the correct one.
However, she hadn''t yet figured out his position, so she went on to ask the second and third code words to determine his precise location.
"Well, you''ve caught me there." Allison willingly admitted it and gazed at him. "No wonder you wanted me to be a Cleric. You are also a Cleric."
"No, I''m an Arcane Mage." Xu Feng hurriedly shook his head and lied with extreme ease.
