Thunder POV
“As what I’ve told you , You’ll regret marrying me Jewel” I whisper while looking at her going
upstairs.
At first I thought she would give in to my sudden action but to my surprise she didn’t respond to
my kiss and what made me even more surprised was that she pushed me away. If she was the
same to those women I’m always with, maybe she wouldn’t have refused.
He never felt any regrets about what he did to her wife. All he had in mind since they got married was he
would make her life miserable. He already did everything to her, he hurt her physically and
emotionally with those unnecessary words just for her to give up and leave him but instead of
leaving him she is even more determined to stay.
A little while he heard the doorbell ring he’s marveled on who’s outside at this hour. He went to
the door and opened it.
As soon as he opened the door, he’s parents appeared in front of him. He quickly kissed them
both in the cheeks. “Mom, Dad! What are you doing here? Why didn’t you call? Come in.” nervousness was visible in his face, good thing they came a minutete after what had happened a while ago.
“Your mommy wants to see Jewel and she is persistent with it.” Her dad said.
He looked at her mom and it just raised her eyebrow, “Why? Don’t say that, we’re not allowed
to visit now that you’re already married! I just miss Jewel. Where is she?
“She’s upstairs, I’ll call her” He responds. He’s about to go upstairs when he sees her wife
walking down.
He immediately came closer to her and held her, which made her shocked, “Wh-why?” she
asked.
“Mom and Dad are here, so get along,” he said sinctly .
Together they went down to the living room and found the spouse sitting together on the sofa.
When the woman noticed them she directly came near Jewel and hugged her. “I miss you, my daughter,” she said and hugged her.
She hugged back and smiled. ” I miss you too mommy/daddy. You came herete? You’re
going to have a sleepover here?” she asked.
They just shake their heads ” We’re just passing by, we just came from a conference meeting.”
“And then? Spill it mom.” Thunder baldly said.
“Your Aunt Celestine is here in the Philippines. She’s inviting us for lunch tomorrow.” his dad
answer
“We’lle,” he answered.
” How are you H-” His mother suddenly stopped and looked at Jewel closely. ” Wait honey, did
you cry?”
“No mommy, I just got emotional on the K-drama I watched a while ago.” she responded.
The woman just nodded, “Isn’t your husband hurting you?” She directly asked.
Thunder instantly looked at her. He felt anxious that Jewel might fink what had happened and
on how he treated her.
Jewel just shook her head. ” No mom. The truth is Thunder is so caring and so loving when ite to me .”
He was astonished by how her wife covered up the situation.
“Mom! What kind of questions is that? Do you think I can do it to my wife? Of course not, right
babe?” He also responds and gives her wife a kiss on the cheeks.
The spouse smiles on what they heard and witnessed.
“Look at them hon, they are so sweet right? Our decision to get them married was really right. They Looked perfect together and obviously they love each other.“ Her mommy said with a happy smile stered in the face.
“I thought my son was hurting you. He will regret it if he does. Don’t hesitate to tell me if he hurt you or
Thunder made you cry.” She added and gave him a sharp ze.
“Son,” His father called him seriously. “We want a grandchild. You know we aren’t getting
younger.”
“You’re dad is right son, It’s been a year since both of you got married but still we didn’t get any
words on having a grandchild, aren’t you nning on giving as a grandchild?” her mother added.
Jewel felt the gag on something in her throat even though she wasn’t eating and she couldn’t
even hide the redness of her face on what she heard.
“Dad/mom! See, looking at my wife she felt embarrassed about what you are talking about. Don’t worry we are working on it.” Thunder answered that it shows the redness of Jewel’s face even more visible.
His parents justugh at her reaction. They stay for an hour before they leave. As their parents leave, Thunder immediately goes upstairs and never bothers waiting for her but Jewel just follows him.
Thunder was already on the second floor when her wife called him . “What now?” he respond
with bored reaction
“Ahm, Do I have to be with you tomorrow?” She hesitantly asked.
“Of course you need to! We are married right? What would Aunt Celestine think if you’re not with
me? Use your brain.” she coldly said and continued to his room.
She sighs on how her husband treats her again but she never mind it and goes to her room.
While she was at her room Jewel felt easiness, she can’t decide on what to wear for tomorrow’s

in trouble preparing for it.
She’s finding a dress to suit her in the closet when a pink floral dress caught her attention. She
takes it and tries it in front of the mirror and it seems good on her so she decides that she will be
wearing it for tomorrow’s lunch.
She prepared everything for tomorrow so it won’t make her husband get bored waiting for her to
finish her look. She didn’t know why she prepared so much for that simple lunch. She couldn’t deny the fact to herself that she felt excited thinking that Thunder would act sweet and gentle to her tomorrow in front of his family. She looked at her wall clock and saw it’s already 10 pm at night. She was preupied preparing that she wasn’t aware of the time. She decided to fix her bed when she felt drowsiness and remembered that she’ll be preparing their breakfast tomorrow morning. She knows Thunder won’t leave because of that lunch asion.
