    I met Evelyn and Adam at the bus stop and we scurried into thepany together while we nattered all along.


    “How was the weekend guys?” I asked them.


    “Great, it was great” They responded simultaneously and chuckled together, giving themselves a knowing gaze. Well, whatever.


    “Mine was fantastic too” I continued;” From visiting my parents to going on a date with Finn”


    “You went on a date with Finn?” They eximed.


    “Are you dating Finn?” Adam further asked.


    “Nah. Finn showed up at my parents’ ce to substitute for my boyfriend, he asked me to go on a date with him to pay him back” I briefly exined.


    “Howe I do not know anything about this at all?” Adam looked puzzled.


    “That’s because Rita and I work in the same office which made us more intimate and I know every action she’s about taking. Fun fact, I was the one who advised her to ask Finn to rece her boyfriend” Evelyn said.


    “Finn must be a paid actor” I stated.


    “Tell me everything, anything at all that I have missed” Adam inquired.


    “Nothing too much. Well, few days ago; my mom called and she really wanted to meet who I’m dating. Zane couldn’t make it over here soon. Evelyn suggested I told Finn who willingly grabbed the offer and I went out on a datest night with him to thank him foring.” I bbed.


    “Hmmm” Was all Adam said.


    “So how did it go?” Evelyn asked.


    “Like I said, Finn is a paid actor. My parent didn’t suspect any fair y” I giggled.


    “Is Zane aware that you took someone else to your parent’s home?”


    “No” I shook my head. ” I didn’t tell Zane” I muttered, feeling bad somehow.


    “Why?” Adam asked.


    “What sort of a question is that? Zane doesn’t have to know. She’s not cheating on him after all” Evelyn said.


    “Yeah, I guess. I did it for us. I did it to save our rtionship” I answered, lowering my voice once we entered the office.


    “Alright” Adam just said. ” Have a nice day ahead” He waved at us while he departed to his section.


    “Come on girl, you have a lot to tell me about” Evelyn clunged her arm with mine.


    “And we also have a tasks to attend to and clear. It’s Monday” I fired and she grumbled.

    “Oh wow, I’m surprised you showed up at work today, youzyckadaisical piece of shit!” Finn fired at Charles, who just walked into the office.


    “Good day” Charles greeted perfunctorily, in the mood for no troubles.


    Finn scorned and ask; “What’s today’s schedule?”


    Charles obediently showed him the iPad, so he could checked himself.


    Finn realised the work load for the day was quite substantial, with back-to-back meetings.


    “I want you to handle the ones the deadline seems impossible to meet” He ordered Charles who returned to his small section.


    Soon, there was a knock on his door.


    “Come in” Finn said.


    It was Adam.


    “Excuse us Charles” Finn said even before Adam drew nearer to him.


    “You’re gay now?”  Charles murmured.


    “Huh?”


    “Ugh! Nevermind” He exited the office.


    “You visited her parents and went on a date with herst night. This is not part of the n! What exactly are you up to Finn?” Adam questioned.


    “I’d be lying if I admit that I know where this is headed” Finn shook his head remorsefully.


    “You’re taking the lead, what do you mean you don’t know where this is headed? Finn! You are ying tricks with her! That’s what you are doing!” Adam fired, pointing his finger at him.


    “You know what to do, you just don’t wanna do it. You are gonna tell her who you are; you are not just Finn, don’t make things moreplicated” Adam queried and Finn exhaled heavily.


    “Tell me what to do” He mumbled.


    “It either you remain hidden forever and she continues to date Zane without knowing the face behind but eventually the rtionshipes to end because it can never ever work or you reveal yourself already before it’s toote!!!” Adam warned.


    “Or she never finds out which means i’ld lose her as Finn and Zane”


    “Ugh! Even more better I guess” Adam remarked.


    “Adam, it is very difficult for me to stop pretending to be Zane. I think she’s beginning to like me being Finn, I know I am messing with her feelings yet I cannot stop. I want to but I do not know how to stop being someone else. Also, I cannot all of a sudden erase the feelings I have for her”


    “You have to!” Adam retorted sharply.


    “Listen Adam, I swear I came into Rita’s life, won her heart to form the most intriguing love story ever but it looks like I have messed things up. I am a mess” Hemented.


    “More reasons why you have to – erase the feelings. She’s falling in love with two people and she has no idea why her emotional state is crashing and her love life isplicated”


    “God! This is really bad” Finn stretched his unitching head, manspreading on his seat. He was so confused.


    “I have given you my suggestion Finn, it’s left for you to decide”


    “I… I can’t, I can’t walk up to her just to tell her that I am Zane, I can’t. It will break her and she may forever resent me”


    “Remember that’s not all of your secrets”


    “Arrrgh! No matter the decision I make, I’ll break Rita” “So, I think it’s best I get out of her life right now both physically and online” Finn decided reluctantly.


    “This also means you would put an end to the intimacy because it’s more like you’re leading her on”


    “Rita and I are soulmates” Finn argued.


    “Ughhhh! Indeed! Your funny theory I do not believe. Rita will move on with or without you” Adam dered.


    “Okay” Finn finally surrendered. “I will cut off ties with Rita as from now on and I really hope she finds another man” He concluded.
