“Congrattions Sidney I hope you know that you would be handsomely rewarded with a big bonus for all what you have done just now?” Paxton said as he was smiling with Sidney and his smile was somewhat reaching his eyes.


    “Oh my God, do you mean that? I would get a raise? I am so excited thank you so much” Sidney said as she was extremely excited with what it was that he had said to her she couldn’t believe she would be receiving a bonus.


    And as most humans she had already made ns with the bonus so much so that it had already been exhausted in her mind.


    “Yes you shall receive it you deserve everything you are achieving” Paxton said.


    The entire day at the office was a jovial one and everyone at the office noticed because everyone was just super excited even those at the office noticed that the mood around was positive.


    Paxton who used to be super strict and not smiling was in high spirits he had his ns  he wanted to take Sydney out for an outing not really a date but just an outing to celebrate her wins.


    Unfortunately those ns woulde tumbling down in a few hours.


    As she was busy at the office her phone began to ring as she sluggishly raised her head from theputer in front of her and slid the green button.


    “Hello” she said into the phone.


    “Hello beautiful, I heard of what you did, this is to let you know I am happy and proud of you and congrattions too” Jaxton said into the phone enthusiastically.


    “Thank you so much, I have to give the credit to you and your brother for giving me opportunity to showcase my skills” she said into the phone as she acknowledge his kind gesture to call and congratte her on her win for the day.


    “Nah, you did all that and nobody else, it was all you” He said and she blushed a little.


    “Would you be free this evening by 8 pm, I would love to take you out on a date” Jaxton said as he was shooting his shot to get her go on the date with him.


    “Err, Jaxton I am not sure if I would be able to do that I’ll have a girls night with my friends so maybe it would have to be some other time” Sydney said trying her best to let him down easy she didn’t want him to think she did not want to be by his side but he did not want to go out.


    “I insist, Babe” Jaxton said.


    “Oh no, what do you want me to say” Sydney said as she just was not being excited to go out she wanted to be at home and just binge-watch movies and have a ss of Rousey.


    “Okay fine 8pm is okay” she reluctantly epted and that sealed the deal as the call stopped.


    At 8pm on the dot he was at her door porch and he held her hand and open the car door for her but not withoutplimenting her numerous times.


    “My cheeks hurt already Jaxton stop it” Sydney replied as she wasughing hard she was having a st where he had taken her.


    It was not all cliché as he didn’t reserve a private area like most men would do but the only thing she loved was that he had taken her to a minimalistic spot and she was enjoying herself.


    “I love this and I hope we keep having dates like this” Jaxton express his feelings and this only made Sydney to blush hard.


    “At least going put was not such a bad idea” Sheplimented as she had wanted to stay indoor but this seemed to be the best decision she had for the evening.


    They left the spot and he drove her back home not without giving her a good night kiss.


    Sydney was happy she had left her past behind and was no longer in bondage of her mistakes.


    She slept that night feeling so great and she had it in mind that she was going to have a busy day so she did her night routine and went to bed refreshed and just hoping her day of the next day would be great.


    The next day at work she had to work with Paxton on the contract that had to be signed so she rushed directly into his office so they coulde up with some more suggestions.

    “I think that should do” she said after she finalized the quota of what they would deliver to their newest investor to sign the contract.


    “Alright that would do” Paxton responded as he was consumed with how her tired face looked so beautiful and subtle.


    They both were exhausted and it being that she had not gone out for lunch Paxton went out to the receptionist to ask for some parcel which had been delivered for him and also to tell her to get some lunch.


    When he came back she wasying on the table and snoring softly.


    When he came back into the office he looked at her gape lips as she was soundly asleep. He didn’t want to wake her up but then again she was tempting.


    He bend to her to her level and was drawn by the perfume she was wearing so soft and feminine.


    He touched her chin and was bringing his lips closer to hers he just wanted to have a taste of her sulent lips and that was when she opened her eyes catching him off guard and she jumped up and almost fell to the floor but Paxton was quick to catch her.


    “What the hell did you think you were doing?” she asked angrily.
