Chapter 8: Won''t you say goodbye..


    "Grandmother, I am gettingte.So, I will head out first. Thankyou for the breakfast."said Li Seulbi while


    getting up from her seat. She bowed and was ready to leave. Su Yumi nodded her head in response.


    Li Seulbi used to call Su Yumi by her name when they were alone but calling by her name infront of


    everyone will only cause more trouble for her.


    Once she was caught calling "Yumi" to Su Yumi by Li Cheng. Though Su Yumi defended Li Seulbi, Li


    Cheng adviced Li Seulbi not to call her grandmother by her name.From that day, Li Seulbi called Su


    Yumi ''grandmother'' in front of everyone.


    Li Cheng who was reading newspaper from the start, finally put down his newspaper and stared at Li


    Seulbi. He slightly furrowed his brows as he bellowed " Seulbi, Won''t you say goodbye to your father?!

    Everybody was shocked by Li Cheng''s sudden unusual question, Li Seulbi was not an exception.Her


    eyebrows shot up in astonishment as her eyes became round in suprise.


    Li Cheng noticed her expression, he couldn''t help but furrow his brows more tightly.


    "Is it that hard?! I mean Li Ruan and Li Ri always says goodbyeb to me before heading to school


    everyday. Then, why not you?!" asked Li Cheng.


    He continued " And we both haven''t talked since long ago. I have a few day holidays, this is the time


    we can interact more with eachother."


    As Li Cheng finishes his words, Everyone was utterly confused by his sudden attention towards Li


    Seulbi. Su Yumi was the first one to speak " Seulbi, Aren''t you gettingte for school?! I think you


    should leave fast."


    Hearing Su Yumi, Li Seulbi came back to her senses. She didn''t know what to do. She couraged


    herself before saying " Father,Good..Bye..Now, i will head to school."


    Li Seulbi hurriedly left the room and went to school.


    Looking at Li Seulbi''s reaction, Li Cheng let out a heavy sigh. He returned back to reading


    newspaper.Li Ri and Li Ruan also bid their goodbyes and headed to school.


    Tang Fian was really curious about what Li Cheng was thinking. But she didn''t dare to ask it. Su Yumi


    was curious too but also happy that her son was wanting to get closer to Li Seulbi. Now, there was


    awkward silence left in the room.


    Su Yumi couldn''t hold back her curiosity and asked " Cheng, why did you ask Seulbi for such request?!

    Li cheng who was going to take sip of his tea, suddenly stopped. Tang Fian who was eating her


    breakfast also slowed a little as she was waiting to hear his answer.


    Su Yumi continued "I mean yesterday...Nono..At past days you never made such request to her.As well


    as you even told her to interact more with you."


    Li Cheng put the newspaper and the tea cup down and looked at his mother.Su Yumi could sense a

    As he finished hisst sentence, Tang Fian who was drinking water, almost chocked out.
