Chapter 11 Chapter 11- Not so Perfect timing

    "Do you know how to throw a punch?" He asked. I nodded and put my hands in the punching position.


    He shook his head as he looked at my hands.


    He wrapped his fingers around my my hand, correcting the position of them.


    "First, your thumb needs to be on the outside of your fist, between your first and second knuckles on


    your index and middle finger. If the thumb is on the inside when hitting a hard target you''ll break your


    thumb."


    "Second, your stance is all wrong" he said and proceeded to walk behind me.


    I felt him stand behind me slightly too close as I felt a bulge against my back. "Chin up" he said and


    brought his right hand up to push my chin slightly higher. "Feet shoulder width apart" he said and


    ced his hand on my waist to steady me before sliding one of his legs between mine and pushing


    them apart. "Rx you''re hips and bend your knees to give yourself more bnce" he said before


    cing a hand on my hip.


    I hesitantlyplied and tried to ignore the butterflies in my stomach as he touched me.


    "Good." Heplimented.


    "Now let''s try put what you just learnt into action"


    He moved from behind me to opposite me.


    "Punch me" he said


    "But... I don''t want to hurt you" I said


    "I doubt you could do much damage" he cockily said


    I scoffed. I guess I would just have to prove him wrong then.

    I took the baggy shirt, that I was wearing, off because I was beginning to get hot.


    I saw Tyberias'' eyes widen as he, not so discretely, stared at breasts practically bursting out of my


    sports bra. I took the hair band off my wrist and began thin my hair up into a ponytail. I smirked as I


    saw him lick his lips.


    I quickly threw a punch towards his direction, hoping to catching him off guard but he swiftly dodged it.

    I was going to go in for another punch but he quickly swiped his legs across the floor, undercutting


    mine, and sending me towards the mat. Inded on the ground with an oomph.


    He grinned as he looked down at me nowying on the mat.


    All I knew was that I wasn''t going down alone.


    I quickly used his own trick against him and grabbed onto his leg and pulled him down, making him


    loses bnce and nowy next to me with a loud thud.


    Just when I was about to get up he got on top of me and pinned my arms and legs down with his body.


    "Nice try, but you''re going to have to try harder next time". I tried to break free but he just smirked,


    knowing I wouldn''t be able to escape. Breathless, I decided to give up.


    I didn''t miss how his eyes quickly nced at my heaving breasts. His pupils dted as he now began to


    stare at my lips.


    Painstakingly slowly, his face began to inch towards mine, and I did nothing to stop him. There was


    only about a centimeter separating our lips now. I swiped my tongue across my lips, lightly touching his


    lips in the process.


    Just when he was about to close the gap, I felt his grip on my wrists loosen so I flipped us over so I was


    now straddling him.


    "Isn''t the first rule to never let your guard down?" I smiled victoriously as I stared down at him.

    Trying to make up for my mistake I ced my hands on either side of his face and began to lean in.


    Butterflies erupted as I felt his hands being slowly ced in my thighs, running up and down them. His


    hands went higher up and securely gripped my waist. I felt him harden beneath me. One of his hands


    reached up to my face and lightly caressed my cheek. I held my breath in anticipation as he slowly


    pulled my face down.


    This was it. We were finally going to kiss.


    "Tyberias, there you are. I was looking everywhere for you, man!" I heard someone say as they walked


    in through the door.


    I shot up from my position and got up from Tyberias. I quickly reached for my shirt and quickly slipped it


    on.


    "What the fuck do you want, Adrian" groaned Tyberias as he got up from the floor and dusted himself


    off.


    "There''s a problem with- Woah who are you?" Adrian said as he looked at me up and down and began


    walking towards me.


    "None of your fucking business" said Tyberias as he stood in front of me, blocking me from Adrian''s


    view.


    "I think she can speak for herself, brother" he said and pushed past Tyberias out the way.


    "I''m Juliana" I smiled.


    "Beautiful name for a beautiful girl. I''m Adrian, Tyberias'' younger, more attractive brother." He said


    cockily.


    I internally scoffed. Adrian was good looking but he didn''tpete with Tyberias. Adrian has more of a


    cheeky, boy next door type of appearance. But Tyberias looked more rugged and rough around the


    edges.


    "We get it. You can leave now" Tyberias said to Adrian, once again getting between myself and Adrian.


    "What''s the problem, brother, I''m just getting to know her. Unless... you like her?" He raised an


    eyebrow.


    "Yes, I do actually, so back the fuck off" Tyberias boldly admitted.


    My eyes shot up to his. He likes me? I blushed furiously as he made eye contact with me and slowly


    grinned. I shyly smiled, looked away, and nervously yed with the ends of my hair.


    "Alright, alright. Calm down. She''s your''s, I got it" Adrian said, putting his hands up in surrender.


    Tyberias nodded at his answer. "Why are you here anyway?"


    "Oh yeh, you weren''t answering your phone, I now know why" he grinned and raised his eyebrows


    suggestively.


    "So I came to tell you that there was a problem with one of the shipments of cocai- uh... I mean c-


    candy" he said, scratching the back of his head nervously. I guess he didn''t know that I knew about


    what Tyberias does.


    "She knows, Adrian" Tyberias rolled his eyes.


    "She does? It''s not like you to be so open to strangers"


    "She''s not a stranger" Tyberias said.


    Adrian nodded "well there was a problem with one of the shipments of cocaine. It''s the fifth delivery


    that''s disappeared in thest month. Something sketchy is going on"


    Tyberias scratches his stubble while thinking.


    "I''ll leave you both to it. I''m gonna go have a shower" I said, interrupting Tyberias'' thoughts. I didn''t


    need to be here any longer and I don''t want Tyberias to think I was interfering with his work so I


    decided to excuse my self.


    He nodded and I began to walk away.


    When I was near the door I heard a wolf whistle.


    "That áss!" I heard a Adrian groan.


    "Stop fùcking looking" I heard Tyberias grumble.


    I then heard a thud and Adrian groaning in pain, probably from Tyberias punching him.


    I pretended I didn''t hear and walked out, smiling.


    Tyberias likes me.
