Chapter 41: 41. Communication Is the Key


    D''s PoV


    First day of my work went with fun and embarrassment. The work Karthik has given me needs a


    detective. I mean, I''m no expert in finding the culprit. As far as I know, there are 3 other people who


    handle the quotation other than Karthik and Janani. They all look good and loyal to me. Of course, I


    can''t say this on the first day.


    At 5.30pm Rishi came to pick me up. He asked Karthik about my behavior. What am I? A naughty kid in


    school? Idiot. I never spoke a word to him.


    After reaching home, I went straight to the guest room. I''m going to stay here until this stupid husband


    realizes his mistakes and leave his ex andmit his love for me.


    What the hell? Who removed the bolttch in the door? I went out to ask Ravi. But he just came inside


    the home.


    "Ravi, do you know who removed thetch from the door?" I asked him, irritated.


    "Who else will do this other than your husband?" He said, smiling at me.


    What does he want from me? He won’t let me be at peace. What did he think of himself? He can do


    whatever he wants, and I should just go and cuddle with him? Don''t I have any feelings? I went to the


    other room downstairs and there was notch in that room either. He is an irritating fellow. I went up to


    confront him. He can’t do this to me.


    "What do you think you are doing? Why the hell did you remove all the bolttches from the Doors?" I


    almost yelled at him. I won''t lie, I was scared of him.


    "I don''t like them." He jerked his shoulders?!


    "What? You ... You are a..." I couldn’t believe him. He is surely affected by split personality disorder.


    "I am a what baby?" He asked me with a tint of smile, how I am falling all over again for this stupid


    smile! God, I am an idiot. I can''t stay mad at him.


    He called me baby? How dare he call me baby after all he had done.?


    "Don''t call me that." I spat at him.


    "Call you what baby? I don''t like you sleeping in other rooms. So, I removed thetches. Now even if


    you sleep in another room, I can bring you here." He said as a matter of fact. And my stupid heart


    jumps in joy.


    "Why? Why are you so confusing? You behave like I''m your wife in a moment and I''m no one in


    another moment. You are hurting my feelings." I tried to tell him what I felt and he cupped my face with


    his hands leaving goosebumps all over my body and I just froze in the spot. I never want him to let go


    of me. He looked into my eyes as if he was trying to get into my soul.


    "Baby look, I don''t intend to hurt you. But..."


    My phone rang. He stopped and looked at my phone. It''s Praveen. Why is he calling now? Wrong


    timing. Why the hell is he looking at me as if he is going to kill me?


    "Get out!" he yelled at me. He didn''t shout but stressed the words that sent chills down my spine.What


    the hell is wrong with him?  He was all lovey-dovey a minute before and he is yelling at me now. I


    turned away and went to the guest room. I couldn''t stop crying. He will never understand me or my love


    for him.


    Ravi''s PoV


    I don’t know what the hell is wrong with him. I know for sure that he is in love with anni. I thought


    Smirthi was gone for good. But he is so dumb that he went with Smirthi to shopping when anni was


    with him. And the dumbest thing he had done was paying for her when anni paid for herself.


    I must give him a piece of mind. Even now Anni is all upset and went to the guest room. He can''t hurt


    her often. I went to his room. He is all angry. But why?

    And it''s not always me that makes mistakes. Now get out!" he shouted.

    what I am doing." he said tiredly. I can see he is hurt too. But talking out is the only solution and his ego


    is not letting him do the right thing.


    "Listen to me this one time. Smirthi is not the right girl. You will regret your decisionster and that will


    be toote." I told him and exited his room.


    I went out to see anni. She had a fiance? She never told me about that. If she is still talking to him, then


    I can totally understand bro''s anger. If what he told is true, then anni is wrong. I should stop her. I know


    how much she loves my bro. This will bring misunderstandings.I knocked on the door and went in. She


    is crying. God it really hurts me to see her cry.


    "Anni! Please don''t cry. What happened now?"


    "Your brother has mental problems, Ravi. He talks all sweet like remo and immediately turns into


    ANNIYAN the next second. I truly don''t understand him."


    She talks while crying and I don''t know, but Iughed. She looks like a kid crying for candy.

    "Praveen. I came to your bro''s wedding to see him and his family."

    "Anni, how far was your engagement?"

    me. And they thought Praveen will be more apt for me and our family. So, they took me to this wedding


    to show me to them in person. Before I could see them, I got married to your bro. I met Praveen

    "I know bro will visit Karthik bro every Saturday and his boutique every Sunday. But along with Smirthi


    is the new info. I see."
