My brother is supposed to be working but he is home. I''m so puzzled why. He is drinking vodka, the
one remained from the partyst night.
Why are you home so early? I curiously asked him.
I quit my job, he answered.
What? I''m confused. He just closed a big dealtely and now he quits.
I said I quit my job. Drake repeated his answer.
Why? You told me, you just closed a big deal. Why would you quit? I asked him again still not
understanding his reason.
I asked for a promotion and a cut for that deal but I get nothing. I worked hard on it but since I''m just an
employee all the credits went to the son of the CEO, Marcus. It''s my idea, I co-presented it with him but
I got nothing. He exined with angry red face almost crying.
I pity my brother, he''d been working for thatpany for 12 years. I didn''t imagine he would leave it
that easy. He is already in good position, but looks like he wanted more. My brother''s ambition is so
high. His own dream let him down. I watched him drinking hopelessly. I hugged him lightly to show
symphaty. What did Vikki say?

My brother will go crazy this way I should call Vikki to take care of him. She needs Vikki more now.
Vikki came after work. She stayed with Drake and try to convince him to go back to work and
apologize, which my brother oppose so strictly. I stayed on my room to give the two some privacy. I
