    Chapter 172: Sylphy’s Letter Part 4

    Chapter 172: Sylphy’s Letter Part 4

She looked away from his hand, then towards him with the same lovely smile she’s always disyed.

Emelia: “It must have been fulfilling to help out those around you?.”

Val: “It was tough but it helped me build strength. Plus, I received fresh vegetables after the harvest.”

The smile heposed on his face made her blush. Her body turned and took a step forward, putting

    her hand on the door.

Emelia: “We’ll head through the garden on the way to the training grounds...”

She turned her head to him about to grab the door handle.

Emelia: “You might be able to see some..”

Val quickly grasped her hand from doing anything else.

Their bodies were almost touching, and his tone changed.

Val: “Princess, before we continue, what exactly are you hoping toe out of this tour?”

    She turned to him.

    Emelia: “W..what.? Isn’t it obvious..?”

He got closer. His eyes looking down at her, her hands at her sides twitching. She’s never felt such

    pressure.

She looked to the side blushing, feeling an amount of nervousness rush through her.

    Emelia: “I just wanted..”

Val: “Yes, I’d say it is obvious. However a princess especially one of your pedigree shouldn’t aimlessly

y koi and nestle themselves tightly against an unknown stranger.”

She looked down at the ground and spoke shuffling her feet.

Emelia: “I must have been too forward I, I’m sorry.”

Val: “An apology isn’t what I wanted to hear. What I want, is to know exactly what caused you to be so

forward. We did just meet only a few moments ago..”

She quickly pushed herself against him, her arms against his chest. She didn’t want to see the face he

was making at her and she couldn’t muster up enough courage to lock eyes with him. However, with

the courage she did have, she spoke.

Emelia: “Your eyes drew me in first, your stare seemed kind and your eye color is quite mesmerizing.

After you came and greeted us, the way you looked and how you presented yourself were also

    pleasing.”

His handnded on her head and the intense pressure left the space.

Emelia: “I am sorry if I offended you, I didn’t think about if you would be opposed to it.”

Val: “You honestly don’t need to apologize... Hell, if I was 10 years younger I’d dly fall on my knees

begging for that level of affection.”

    She backed off him.

She looked up at the man. Her hand grazed against his cheek.

Emelia: “What do you mean, how old are you.? You look around the same age as that man who you

were with. Maybe a couple of years older than my brother..?”

Val: “Haha, I’ll make sure to tell Red that the next time I see him, but no. I believe I’m a few years older

    than Princess Rose.”

She looked up at him sweetly.

Emelia: “Oh, well it’s fine with me. My father might not like it.. and I’m not sure how brother would react,

but age is just a number.”

She put her hand on his chest feeling the different levels of muscle.

Emelia: “Plus I wasn’t attracted to you because of your looks, even though you do look young for your

    age.”

He leaned down closer to her level, looking her in the eye.

Val: “Right, it was my eyes that caught your attention. They may be unique, but they’re just eyes. They

can sometimes show others what family you belong to. Just like how your red eyes are a sign you are a

part of the Vanity household and mine are from my fathers. However, they don’t tell you what type of

person I am, or what my personality is like.”

Emelia: “That''s not true, didn’t I say your eyes seemed kind. I wouldn’t have gotten that impression if

you were a cold-hearted Demon. From this conversation, I can tell my assumption was right. Tell me

    I’m wrong.”

Val’s hand went to her face, his thumb wiping away a small bead of sweat near her eyebrow. This

    action caused quietness.

Val: “Shall we continue with the tour, it’s too hot for the two of us to stay in here for much longer.?”

He walked and opened the door waiting for her to exit first.

Val: “You said we’d go to the training ground next.?”

She looked at him as if analyzing him. The way he changed the subject made her believe her thoughts

about him were correct. She smiled, with the same amount of joy as before and spoke.

Emelia: “Yes, there’s still so much left to show you.”
