Chapter 160: First Day
Rose walked down the hall, her dress fluttered in the air as she strode her way out the manor. She
scanned the garden and noticed Sylphy, her back was in sight.
She walked and turned a corner to where she was.
"Sylphy, have you seen my brother..?"
Rose stopped speaking as Sylphy turned with the young Hugh in her grasp.
Rose: "I should have known he''d be with you."
Sylphy: "Well you know he doesn''t like leaving my side."
Hugh: "Sister the flowers are about the bloom."
Rose: "That''s nice, but Hue shouldn''t you be with dad right now, it''s your first day of training isn''t it."
Hugh: "I forgot.."
He gestured to be let down, then once his feet touched the ground he grabbed Sylphy''s dress.
Hugh: "I''ll train hard to be a great swordsman, then I can protect you."
She knelt and put her hand on his head.
"Good determination, but don''t work too hard though.."
"Okay, bye.."
Heughed and scampered off.
Sylphy patted her dress as she got up.
Sylphy: "He''s so adorable."
Rose: "It''s still kinda weird seeing you ept my baby brother''s advances."
Sylphy: "I think it''s cute."
Rose: "Of course it''s sweet, but when he grows up will you still ept his proposals of marriage.?"
Sylphy started walking with her hands behind her back.
Sylphy: "I doubt he''ll always have a heart for me. This might be some childhood phase that''ll pass in a
few years. If he does eventually ask me to be his wife, then I guess I''ll agree. Of course, if he doesn''t
ask for my hand then at least he''ll be a strong fighter who can be a good husband for any other
woman."
Rose walked a few steps closer to Sylphy.
Rose: "So you''d be fine with him being with another woman."
Sylphy: "I didn''t say I''d be thrilled, but I''d be as supportive of his happiness as possible."
She turned and looked back at Rose.
Sylphy:"Aren''t youing, don''t you want to encourage your little brother to be a world-renowned
fighter."
Rose: "No, you go ahead I have a date with Elias."
Sylphy:"Ooh, make sure to tell me any interesting details."
The two parted and went in separate directions.

-Rose''s POV-
I noticed Elias standing at the front of the mansion, he looked nice, once he noticed me he smiled.
We didn''t need a greeting, we shared a hug and started walking hand in hand.
Rose: "Are you ready to go horseback riding.?"
Elias: "Yea, but I''m not so good at it so it might take me a little time.."
Rose: "We can go slow at first and slowly start riding around at a faster pace."
Two horses were brought from the stable, I was given my horse Tulip when I was younger so I''m used
to riding, but I hope Elias can ride the other without falling off.
I got on and waited for him, it was quite funny to see him get on and fumble a little before taking control
of the reins.
Heughed taking a breath of relief.
I started riding and turned back yelling, "Come on slowpoke".
He tried going as well.
Elias: "I thought you said we''d go slowly.?"
Iughed slowing down my horse for him to get caught up. But he even passed me saying, "Your falling
behind,e on"...
-Sylphy''s POV-
Hugh grabbed the wooden rod firmly in his hand.
His father stood next to him showing him how to stand and hold his weapon. I sat in the stands so I
couldn''t hear what they were saying.
His father shed his sword forward and Hugh did the same, then they did it again continuing till they
did it 25 times or so.
Hugh''s face showed determination and he didn''t seem to get distracted by the others fighting around
him on the training grounds.
His father, Leon showed him another stance and way to hold the sword and they did the same thing
again. But the time they were done Hugh continued to swing his sword, only until I came down did he
stop.
Sylphy: "Nice job Hugh, did you like your training today.?"
Hugh: "Yea it was fun.."
