    Sherry went to see Queenie again.


    When she was taking a stroll outside, she just happened to see Hailey pushing a cart of delicious food over.


    The cart was filled to the brim with freshly made food prepared by the elite chefs. There was arge variety of food, ranging from


    piping hot meat that still gave off steam to delicious pastries and desserts.


    She could smell it from a mile away and immediately trailed after Hailey until they reached Queenie‘s.


    Queenie was used to Sherry visiting her to steal some food by this point. The moment she noticed Sherry entering, she cast a


    distracted look at her before turning to the television and putting on a trending show. After Hailey finished setting up the food on


    the table, she sat with Sherry and ate with her while watching the show.


    Sherry fixed her eyes on the screen while eating. The show was a high school drama, and after only several seconds of viewing,


    she frowned in disdain and motioned.


    “This is boring. Switch to something else.”


    Queenie protested, “This is what | want to watch. You can leave if you don''t want to watch it.”


    Sherry grimaced and diverted her focus back to the roast duck in her hands.


    Queenie smirked in satisfaction upon observing how Sherry no longer insisted on changing the show and gave


    Soon, she noticed that Hailey was still standing and watching them eat. She gestured at the seat next to her that was vacant and


    invited Hailey to join them. “Come on, sit down and watch the show with us.”

    Around noon, Julies appointed maid entered the room.

    begin.”


    Queenie replied with minimal interest , “Tell them I’m not going. I''m watching a show here.”


    The maid was visibly troubled by this and cast a sour look at Sherry who was enjoying herself, filling her stomach with food as if


    she was the master of the house. Regretfully, she nodded before excusing herself.


    After that, Sherry turned to Queenie and asked suspiciously, “Why aren''t you going?”
