If he wasnt such a terrible person, would things havee to this? Hannah asked.

Understanding the position her father was in, she sighed and added, You shouldnt worry, Dad.

    Ill take care of everything.

Im very sure that youre tired.

    You should rest.

The guards will ensure your safety.

As she prepared to leave, Wace stopped her and said slowly, Be careful. T wilt.

As Hannah headed outside, she dragged Amelies lifeless body with her.

    ..

Library Unsurprisingly, the atmosphere outside was tense.

Wilfreds men stood armed, their guns aimed.

Trent and Keith, meanwhile, had their own weapons trained on Wilfred.

Clearly, neither of the two sides wanted topromise. A voice called out, Let our boss go, or else well open fire! Keith, unfazed, responded coldly, Step aside, or well shoot.

Before the situation could escte, the ward door mmed open.

Bang! Hannah strode out and threw Amelies corpse between the two sides.

    Her cold stare silenced everyone.

Is there anyone else who wishes to die? The sight of their fallenrade caused Wilfreds men to falter, unsure of their next move.

They stood still, too terrified to move or say anything.

Trent pressed his gun against Wilfreds head and said firmly, Get your men out of here, or youll be next. Terrified, Wilfred yelled to his subordinates, Drop your guns! Do it now! Without hesitation, his men followed his order and lowered their weapons.

Quickly, Dn and Dotson moved in to restrain them, with the former asking, Boss, what should we do with them? Take them to the police, she replied.

Gesturing to Amelie, she added, And get rid of her body.

Yes, boss! As they departed, Hannah turned to Wilfred and said coldly, Now, its time for a serious discussion.

Hannah gazed down at Wilfred, who was bound and helpless.

Her expression twisted into a sneer at his fearful demeanor.
