    Chapter 821 Conclusion

"I am no coward… I cower before no one," Anos spoke through gritted teeth, his voice strained and his stance trembling with effort.

Blood streamed from his wounds in a steady flow, his posture seemed unsteady, and his once-dominant presence now seemed to be fading into exhaustion.

At first, Leo assumed that Anos was tilting sideways to protect his injured arm, his stance shifting into a defensive posture and his body trying topensate for the damage.

But as Anos continued to speak, his eyes locked onto an empty space where Leo wasn''t even standing, and his words seemed to be aimed at a phantom opponent.

It was only then that Leo understood what had really happened.

The fall damage had rattled his brain and the Demon King''s equilibrium was shattered, his vision was splitting, and his perception of reality was distorted beyond repair.

Despite all this, Anos stood tall, his expression unwavering as he projected strength till the end, yet the subtle tilt of his posture and the unfocused look in his eyes betrayed his state.

His body was faltering, but his pride refused to acknowledge it.

"Don''t underestimate me, boy," Anos muttered, his gaze fixed on nothing, his body swaying slightly, and his grip tightening around his greatsword despite his worsening condition. "The fight has only just begun, and I''m not ready to call it quits just yet—"

Leo smirked, his fingers gripping his dagger, his mind racing with opportunity.

    This was it.

His body felt heavy, his energy was waning, and exhaustion pressed down on him like an iron weight, but he refused to let this chance slip away.

With a casual flick of his wrist, he threw a dagger toward the Demon King''s blind side, his movements effortless, his attack disguised as nothing more than a careless feint.

The de sailed slowly, its trajectory unassuming, its presence so minor that Anos didn''t even react to it. His head remained fixed in ce, his expression fierce, his stance rigid—unaware that death was already approaching from behind.

''A vision loss plus ringing ears? This is the jackpot.'' Leo thought, as once Anos failed to react to the whistling noise of the dagger behind him, without any more hesitation, Leo activated [de Switch].

In the blink of an eye, his body vanished from sight and reappeared behind the Demon King, closing the gap in an instant.

"It has been an honor to fight against you, Demon King," Leo murmured as he twisted his body mid-air, his daggers gleaming under the battlefield''s intense sunlight.

    [Kill Strike]

From start to finish, Anos never saw iting. He stood tall, his chest puffed in defiance, his voice ringing strong and clear, but his fate had already been sealed.

The twin des in Leo''s hand pierced his back, the steel ripping through flesh, the edges carving through his heart and severing his major artery.

For a brief moment, shock flickered across his face. Then—eptance. A tired smile spread across his lips as the weight of his own body finally failed him.

"So this is what the end of the road for ''Fake It Till You Make It'' is like? You genuinely became a powerhouse and dominate everyone under the skies... well yed, my friend, you deserve this win, but as a dying request, I must say, please be kind to my demons—" he muttered as his knees buckled and his breath grew shallow.

With hisst words, Anos demanded mercy for his fellow demons, which just went to show how he really was as their ruler.

However, as his body copsed forward and hit the dirt, there was not a single Demon who could save him, for the Demon King of this era had already fallen into eternal slumber.

    *ROARRR—*

A deafening roar erupted through the battlefield, shaking the very foundation of the arena, splitting the air like a de of raw fury.

The sound was not just loud—it was primal, carrying with it the kind of grief that only came from losing something irreceable.

The ck Dragon''s draconic eyes snapped open, his massive frame trembling as rage and sorrow intertwined into something monstrous.

"You wretched human! How dare you hurt my master! My best friend! How dare youy your filthy hands on him!" Drogo''s voice reverberated through the battlefield, filled with grief, fury, and a promise of vengeance.

His great body swayed, still bearing the wounds inflicted by the ck Sun, yet his spirit burned hotter than ever.

Leo stood his ground, his daggers still wet with Anos''s blood, his breaths shallow and ragged, yet his gaze unwavering.

Drogo reared back, his throat igniting as raw fury took physical form, his mana surging into a violent inferno within his lungs.

"I will never forgive you for this!" The ck Dragon bellowed, his mouth stretching wide, mes gathering at its core, his rage about to manifest in a storm of destruction.

    [Fire Storm]—!

But before he could unleash his wrath—

    A shadow moved.

    Dumpy intervened.

"Watch your tongue, lizard," Dumpy sneered, his voice dripping with authority, his massive frame hopping onto the battlefield, his frog eyes zing with confidence.

"You are in the presence of Lord Father—the Emperor of all humans and demons, the yer of your master, and your executioner." Dumpy said as he activated his racial ability

    [Mana Nullification].

Almost instantly, the mes that Drogo had gathered in his throat began to shrink.

The firestorm in his throat halved, his mana control shattered, his attack power crippled in an instant.

    How?

    Drogo''s mind reeled.

This wasn''t normal suppression—this was a direct counter.

And in that moment, he understood.

The Ancient Swamp Frog was his natural predator. Like the snake and the mongoose, the Swamp Frog had evolved specifically to hunt and counter dragons. And Drogo had just realized that he was the snake in this equation.

But even that realization didn''t stop his attack. Even crippled, even weakened, he still had his own natural fire.

As with onest desperate breath, he fired a non-mana-enhanced methrower, aiming to incinerate Dumpy where he stood.

However, Dumpy merelyughed at the petty effort.

"It seems, just like your master, you too don''t understand your position, so allow me to educate you—" Dumpy dered, as in a sh, he vanished.

Jumping high into the air, Dumpy unsheathed his swords before using [Vanish].

However, it wasn''t just his body that disappeared.

With [Mana Nullification] active, he also interfered with Drogo''s ability to detect him through his mana presence.

And by carefully manipting the air currents around him, he simply erased his presence in full.

For a split second, Drogo felt true terror. Instincts screamed at him to fly away, to escape, to somehow outrun the inevitable.

    But he couldn''t.

His wings were still too injured from the ck Sun, his body too battered from thest attack to be able to produce a quick movement, as his fate seemed to be already sealed.

    And then—

    BOOOOOOOM—!!

Dumpy crashed down, his des burying deep into Drogo''s back, his body pressing down with crushing weight, as he extracted a fountain of the ck dragon''s magical blood.

"Know your ce…. Lizard!" Dumpy said, before spraying his most venomous poison all over Drogo''s back, as he saw the ck Dragon''s scales sizzle and burn in real time.

    *SCREECH*

Drogo screeched, his voice splitting the air, his agony resonating through the heavens, as his massive form writhed inplete, uncontroble pain.

Drogo tried his best to shake off Dumpy, to somehow roll on the floor and make the pain stop, however, Dumpy did not allow the ck Dragon any freedom of movement.

Controlling him with his swords and body weight, Dumpy ensured that the ck Dragon remained pinned under him, providing Leo with a golden opportunity tond the final blow.

"Ha…hahaha—" Leo chuckled as he noticed the opening.

Internally, his body felt as hard as stone andpletely refused to move even an inch, however, through sheer willpower alone, Leo forced it to throw yet another dagger.

"Oh, Dumpy… my beautiful Dumpy—" Leo said in an emotional voice, as he watched his pet dominate the dragon with teary eyes.

Then, as the dagger reached over the dragon''s neck, Leo activated [de Switch], his body flickering out of sight, as it reappeared above the ck Dragon''s neck. @@novelbin@@

"Yep. Yep! Yeah buddy— Lightweight" he said, swapping his regr daggers for the special Nightde set daggers that he had procured specially to slice through dragon scales.

As with onest twist of his body, he performed one final [Kill Strike] plunging them deep into Drogo''s neck.

"You know… I was prepared to cheat death if needed to beat you, but I guess I was worrying too much. Because with Dumpy by my side, I am already invincible under the sky, and even you can''t do jackshit about it." Leo said, as with all the remaining mana in his body, hepleted [Kill Strike] by exploding a charge inside Drogo''s neck, permanently damaging his most important nerves.

    BOOOOOOOOOOOM—!!

Drogo''s body convulsed, the explosion tearing through his vital organs, sending his enormous frame copsing to the ground below.

His draconic eyes, once filled with pride, flickered with fading light, as Leo stood above the falling corpse, ted and victorious.

"Anos…. I guess I will be joining you in the afterlife too, my friend," Drogo said in an emotional voice, as just like Anos, he too said some kind words before he died.

    Then—

For a second the whole battlefield fell silent, before the humans erupted in a primal cheering roar, as the results of the battle finally sank in.

In the end, both the ck Dragon and the Demon King had fallen, and contrary to popr belief, it had been a one sided domination by TheBoss and his pet from start to end.

Today, A new True Emperor had been crowned.

And the crowd present had witnessed it all.
