Chapter 2855 The Location of the Divine Tail

Chapter 2855 The Location of the Divine Tail

Dayster, Minos and his group were tens of thousands of kilometers from the location of the descendants of the ''King of Beasts''.

As he had predicted, the silver heat they had found earlier was precious. In particr, it was an ancient artifact of the ''King of Beasts'' rtives, something of little value to Minos and his group, but of great significance to the rtives of that legendary figure.

In exchange for the ne, the previous Celestial had told the group about a part of the ''King Beasts'' history that they still didn''t know and told them where they could find the ''King Beasts'' shrine. ording to that Celestial, the old patriarch of the family had built a ce with tough tests even for Celestials to pass, where they might have a better chance of finding what they were looking for.

The ''King of Beasts'' had not left an easy inheritance or even chosen to die in an ordinary ce where anyone could easily ess what he had left. ording to his family, he had chosen a ce in Tanus to spend hisst moments where one would have to face immeasurable difficulties to reach him.

Even after generations since the death of the ''King of Beasts'', the family had never been able to ess such a ce and as such, did not have the Divine Tail. As for keeping this information, it was so difficult to get that even the family didn''t keep itpletely secret. Anyone who knew how to approach them and gave them good reason would be willing to make an exchange.

Minos not only found them but also took a valuable item, having on his side an impressive force that even the Celestial from before would rather not face.

So the group traveled to what they thought would be theirst destination in Tanus, where they would either find what they wanted, or fail and have thest clue to the whereabouts of the Divine Tail.

    ...

After entering a mountain range indicated by the previous Celestial, Minos, and his group came across awork of tunnels sorge and deep that even they would take weeks if they wanted to fully map the ce.

Fortunately, he had the Nautilus'' Compass on his side and was able to eliminate most of the paths that would have caused others to waste too much time on the journey.

So the group of women, aliens, and Minos followed a tunnel apparently made by giant ants, passing ces where extremely bright and unusual crystals decorated the surroundings irregrly.

A spatial distortion was at one point over 12 hours of underground travel from the entry point of this immense subterranean construction, where Minos realized they were finally arriving at the location indicated by the rtives of the ''King of Beasts''.

"I believe we have arrived," he said as he narrowed his eyes, feeling a special spiritual fluctuation.

It wasn''t like what he had felt when meeting Devdar or Qhava for the first time. But the difference wasn''t so great.

''That''s the mark of a True Celestial,'' he thought.

Minos''panions realized the same thing he did, not being able to mistake the sensation and pressure of this cepared to the ordinary Celestials they had met so far on this journey.

"That man from before told us we''d better give up," said one of the Hell Lifelings, exposing his free will to speak his mind to his masters. "Now I understand where that came from. We''re only on the doorstep of this ce, but I already feel suffocated." n/?/vel/b//jn dot c//om

Ruth looked at Minos and said, "This ce supposedly has dangers capable of killing Celestials... What will keep us alive if we cross that threshold?" She pointed in the direction of the distortion''s final threshold and whatevery beyond it.

"Those who came here before probably weren''t even 10% of what we are now." Minos revealed his thoughts, having given the matter a lot of thought over thest few days. "The ''King of Beasts'' was a True Celestial, but we haven''t seen a single one of them on our journey here. However, we have several parts of True Celestials in our bodies and also Physique times close to evolution.

The level of difficulty for us and for those ancient challengers of that heritage is not the same."

"Do you think our Absolute-grade absorbable weapons will give us an advantage here?" Abby asked her husband.

"More or less." Minos didn''t mean it exactly in those terms presented by Abby. "It''s more like, without parts of True Celestials'' bodies, one doesn''t stand a chance against what lies beyond the distortion. We, on the other hand, have a few tickets to test our wills and talents. That doesn''t mean it''s going to be easy or risk-free, of course."

Gloria said, "Well, I trust you. If you''re willing, so am I."

Minos smiled at his red-haired wife, before looking at the Hell Lifelings standing there. "Very well, you will stay here and make it difficult for anyone whoes here. Use all the tools we''ve given you over thest few months and don''t let anything into this area before you sacrifice yourselves to stop it."

None of the Hell Lifelings wanted to die, but these were orders they could never escape.

They nodded in agreement with Minos''mands before Abby asked him in a pessimistic tone. "Is Qhavaing to us?"

She had been feeling increasingly strange about things rted to Hell. Hearing his order to the Hell Lifelings practically assured her that her bad feeling was about toe true.

Minos said solemnly to his three wives. "We have to get ready. Qhava has advanced to level 128 and is not far behind us. I''m afraid she''ll catch up with us before we leave Tanus."

The three swallowed their saliva simultaneously, seeing the Beast King''s heritage as less of a challenge now that they were so close to being hunted by a level 128 True Celestial.

As strong as the Beast King had been on his journey, he hadn''t evene close to what the Devil Qhava was!

With that, Minos followed ahead of his women, making them apany him as he entered the dangerous spatial distortion in his path.

"If I die, you can bring me back to life," Ruth said in a macabre tone.

They looked at each other, one promising the other that they would live and do their best to make sure that they all had a second andst chance, should they fail on the journey ahead!
