"It''s fine. You just need to find the location of Fire."
Gand asked, "What is that?"
"In the human body, the heart symbolizes fire," Debra exined. "This ce is surrounded by mountains and water, making it an ideal location."
Erica bent down to examine the diagram on the ground. "Is it here?"
She pointed to the south, where the mountain range was gone, reced by a clear, unobstructed mountain path.
Evidently, the mountain moved by the Potter family was the Fire position.
"But that doesn''t make sense," Liza muttered, feeling a chill run down her spine. "There''s nothing but barrennd. Could it really be underground?"
The ground was in ruins. It was unlikely anything could be beneath it.
Marion thought for a moment. "Let''s go down and take a look."
"How?" Randy shivered, afraid they''d ask him to go down first.
Erica chimed in, "I don''t think the Potters would be foolish enough to leave the treasure unguarded. There''s no way they''d let us walk right in without resistance. They''ve probably already searched this ce and found nothing."
Debra remained silent, unable toe up with another way.
As the group moved forward, Erica slowed her pace and walked alongside Debra.
Lowering her voice, she asked,
"Didn''t you say you couldn''t
remember anything from your
childhood? Just now, you seemed to recall things pretty clearly.
Debra shook her head. "Maybe it''s
just muscle memory. Something et
about this ce feels off. Lately, I keep having the sense that I''m about to remember something."
Erica wanted to press but sensed Randy''s gaze. She bit back her question and said instead, "Don''t overthink it. It''s probably justo lingering effects from your illness."
Debra smiled, "I''m fine. Don''t worry about me."
Erica hesitated but ultimately chose to say nothing.
Not far away, Ivan peered ahead through a pair of binocrs. Turning to the
person in the car, he reported, "Boss, they''ve gone in."
The man took the binocrs from Ivan and saw Debra and her group had already made their way into the mountains.
"So, this is the ce," he mumbled.
Several cars approached from the distance. Vickie and Juan stepped out one after the other.
Vickie came up and asked, "Boss, should we go in now?"
"No," the man replied. "Let them find the exact location first."
Juan reported, "Marion brought reinforcements. Jordan''s people have gone ahead to stall them."
"Good," the man grinned. "Once we see the treasure today, I''ll wipe them all out."
