Chapter 1376

While the others might not know Debra''s uniqueness, Andrew certainly did.

"Sir, shouldn''t we thank Mr. Nichols?" Barton said.

"It''s best not to contact him at this time." Andrew shook his head. "The mastermind wants to reap the benefits without lifting a finger. Why not grant his wish and find the treasure?"

"But if we do that, won''t Seamar City fall into chaos?"

"Seamar City is already in chaos. I''ll set off another fire."

Debra and the others returned to the Potter Mansion.

Barton greeted them, holding old scrolls covered in dust.

"Where are you going with all that?" Erica asked wonderingly.

Barton nced at the scrolls in his hand and said, "These are maps of the old city

area from decades ago. Mr. Andrew Potter said they need to be aired out to remove the musty smell, so I took them out, nning to air them tomorrow morning."

"Maps of the old city area?" Gand curiously remarked. "Can I take a look?"

"Come on. They''re so dirty," Liza chimed in.

"You don''t understand. Such old things are the most valuable," Gand exined.

Barton didn''t refuse. "I''ll spread them out, and everyone can take a look. Just be mindful of the dust."

"Wonderful!" Gand rubbed his hands together in excitement. "They say the Potter family has many treasures, and now I finally see it with my own eyes."

As Barton unrolled the scrolls, they indeed depicted the old city area from decades ago. At that time, Seamar City was already considered developed, but it was far from its current state.

There were vast expanses of wastnd and fields beyond the city limits.

"Wow, this is really old," Gand gasped. "Was Seamar City so poor decades ago?"

"What are you talking about?" Randy smacked Gand''s head. "Seamar City''s economic development happened over these past decades, but I don''t believe it was this poor back then. Barton, you must have grabbed the wrong maps.

"This is what the old city area looked like before it was developed," Barton exined, pointing to the mountains and water on the map. "Back then, our major project was moving the mountain."

"Moving the mountain?" Debra chimed in. "Does that mean the mountain was excavated?"

    "Exactly," Barton replied. "The

facilities in the old city area a hundred years ago were poor, and the surrounding mountains hindered transportation. So, resources were allocated to move the mountain which was part of the Potter family assets. It paved the way for ourmercial empire."

Debra pointed to the numbers on the map. "What are these numbers on the mountain?"

"Coordinates," Barton said. "The geographical coordinates of Seamar City." "31 degrees northtitude, 121 degrees east longitude," Debra murmured.

Erica noticed her unusual reaction and asked, "What''s wrong?" Randy was equally curious. "Did you find something?"
