Vickie was touching up her makeup backstage when she heard themotion outside.


    She asked with a frown, "What''s going on outside?"


    "Miss Donaldson, it seems like the reporters are going to the press conference." "What?" Vickie stood up and looked outside.


    Sure enough, only a few cameramen remained. Those reporters had vanished. "Where did they go? Why would they suddenly leave?" Vickie panicked.


    There were only five minutes left before the ribbon-cutting ceremony. They would lose face if no one attended their event.


    "Where''s Juan?" Vickie anxiously looked around, but there was no sign of him.
