Chloe pursed her lips, still staring at theputer screen. After a while, she finally said, “Get those
actresses in the office building out of there secretively before the press
catches wind.”
“Alright, I’ll get on it right away,” the secretary responded.
“Mm Chloe responded calmly, then turned and walked into her office.
The two secretaries stared at Chloe’s retreating figure, their faces filled with confusion. “Do you feel
like Ms. Summers is kinda different now and seems to be softer than before?”
The other secretary nodded. “Yeah, I think Ma Summers meant to protect those people. If it were in
the past, I don’t think she would have bothered…”
“Yeah, she used to be so icy, felt like she was hard to approach I didn’t even dare to talk to her.
She’s obviously much easier to get along with now.”
“Alright, enough chit–chat, hurry up and arrange for someone to pick them up. It’s a blessing in
disguise that Ms. Summers is willing to help them. If they were discovered and exposed by the
