Chapter 3988

    Chapter 3988

    James was slightly taken aback.

Supposedly, the Ten Great Races were supposed to berades.

James had already stated his master was from the Doom Race.

On the other hand, the creature in front of him was from the Ursa Race.

Although they were different races, they were supposed to be on the same team. Theoretically, a

powerhouse from the Doom Race would definitely try to help the Ursa recover.

However, the Ursa was warning the Doom Race not to interfere. More importantly, there seemed to be

a hint of hostility in histone.

“Why do you say such things, Sir? If my Master knows you’re injured, he will try to help you. What do

you mean by it’s not necessary for him to interfere? I was nning to notify my master and have him

help you recover. After you get your injuries treated, we can return to the Greater Realms together.”

    “Hmph.” The Ursa snorted coldly.

“There are many things you don’t understand. As a human, you wouldn’t understand anyway. The

rtionships in the Greater Realms are far moreplicated than you can

imagine. Although we united to take down the Human Race, a powerhouse from the Doom Race

wouldn’t try to save me after learning about my existence. He would most likely try to get rid of me. If I

returned to the Greater Realms, I would be a threat to the other races.”

Hearing this, James had a clearer picture of the Greater Realms.

Even though the Ten Great Races joined forces to destory the Human Race, they were not in harmony

    with each other.

Neither of the races would want the powerhouse of another race to survive.

The Ursa asked, “What’s the name of your master?”

James shook his head slightly and said, ‘Tm unaware of his name. He is a very mysterious person. I

can never see his appearance clearly whenever hees to see me. To be honest, I don’t even know

my Master’s real gender. He never revealed anything to me and only guided me in cultivating Chaos

    Power.”

The Ursa asked, “Why did he help you cultivate Chaos Power?”

James had already prepared answers to these questions.

He replied without hesitation, “My Master said it’s an experiment. He was trying to evolve his cultivation

method so humans could cultivate Chaos Power. He aims to train some humans to serve as puppets to

the Doom Race. Once the seal is open, he will bring these humans back to the Greater Realms and

use them to make the Doom Race the

    strongest race.”

James began lying through his teeth.

    “Hmph. As expected from them.”

The Ursa said, “I knew the Doom Race had an ulterior motive for proposing to eliminate the Human

Race. It seems the Human Race had threatened their status in the Greater Realms, preventing them

    from unifying the Greater Realms.

    “Young Man.”

The Ursa looked at James and asked, “Are you willing to be my disciple and serve me?”

    ‘This?”

James looked at him and said troubledly, ‘Tm afraid that’s inappropriate. I’m already a disciple of the

Dooms. If I be your disciple, I’ll be a traitor to them. I’ll be a sinner to all Ten Great Races.”

James did not tantly refuse, nor did he agree to it.

“What’s so good about the Dooms?”

The Ursa retorted, “Although Chaos Power is strong, it’s unsuitable for humans. Their power is only

suited for them. You’ve cultivated Chaos Power but can’t reach its greatest potential. The Ursas’ power

is different. Our powers are all- epassing and can mimic any kind of power. It can even imitate the

    properties of Chaos Power.”

“Please don’t force me, Sir. I promise not to reveal you to my master. However, I can’t be your

    disciple. I’ll do my

best to help assist you. I will work with the Omnipotent Lord to find the remaining Universe Seeds.

Then, we’ll stimte them to grow into new universes and merge them to form a Superuniverse so you

can recover as soon as possible.”

    “Mhm.” Satisfied, the Ursa nodded.

He was pleased with James’ attitude. The only dissatisfaction was James’ unwillingness to be his

    disciple.

However, after thinking about it, James would not be trustworthy if he so easily betrayed the Doom

    Race.
