Quintina could not understand what had happened. Not only that, but no one else understood it either.

Harold sped his fists and said, “Master, while we were going after monsters on Mount Walvern…”
He narrated the events that unfolded.
Hearing this, everyone eximed, “What?”
The Welkin Academy’s headmaster was enraged and roared, “The Demon Race’s Fangs have pushed
this too far! They knew that the Grand Tournament was held at Mount Walvern. That’s why they sent
men after our cultivators!”

At that moment, Quintina stepped forward and said, “Master, the Demon Race seemed to be plotting
some sort of conspiracy. I overheard a conversation between a Demon Race’s Protector and the man
who appeared at the Ancient n with the ck token. It appears that they’re trying to resurrect a guy
named Lucifer Menachem. However, I have no idea why the Demon Race retreated all of a sudden.”
She narrated the chain of events. She also mentioned James.
“James!” The Divine Holy Emperor shouted.
James emerged from the crowd and looked at the Divine Holy Emperor before him. He already
suspected him as the Divinity Sect was the one that chose the location of the Grand Tournament. Did
they not
screen through the ce before making their decision?
However, he remained silent.
He spoke, “Holy Emperor.”
The Divine Holy Emperor questioned, “What happened exactly?”
James answered, “I came across a group of cultivators who were being pursued and saved them.
That’s when I learned that the Demon Race was capturing people everywhere. So, I began searching
for the cultivators who were being imprisoned. By the time I found them, the Demon Race had already
left. I don’t know what happened either.”
Hearing this, the Divine Holy Emperor furrowed his eyebrows.
Then, the Welkin Academy’s headmaster stepped forward and said, “Alright now, you’re dismissed.”
The participants of the Grand Tournament turned to leave.
Meanwhile, the powerful figures of the Ancient Realm gathered to discuss the matter.
In the Divinity Sect’s main hall, the Welkin Academy’s headmaster roared, “The Demon Race has
pushed this too far! First, they appeared at the Ancient n. Now, they’ve made a move against
cultivators from all over the world. We can’t just sit around this time. We have to band together and
