    he could be resurrected.

    James was dumbfounded when he saw the body.


    The man lying on the ground looked exactly like him. Its eyes were closed, and a ck light glowed


    from. its body, giving it a somewhat devious air


    “What is this, Ms. Custodian?” James questioned.


    The custodian said, “I used the Demonic Lotus to reconstruct your physical body As long as your soul


    enters the body, you’ll be resurrected. However, I must remind you that the Demonic Lotus naturally


    contains Demonic Energy and will affect your soul as a result. It may even attempt to alter your soul


    causing you to be demonized so that you be a member of the Demon Race


    The custodian said solemnly, “I hope you’ll maintain your soul’s purity and remember your


    responsibilities and mission. If you cannot retain your reasoning under the Demonic Energy’s influence,


    I’ll have no choice but to kill you.”


    James pursed his lips. He thought for a while and said, “Why can’t I purify the Demonic Energy in this


    body? Since Thea can purify her Demonic Energy, I should be able to do the same, right?”


    The custodian replied, “You’re both in different predicaments. She has a Supreme Body as well as a
