"Yes."
Smoking the cigarette, Halvor said, "Even though they''ve only grasped parts of it, or what might be
considered the fundamental phase, once this technology is acquired, subsequent research will be
much faster. Z technology can actually be developed in no more than thirty years-no, not thirty years-at
most twenty years."
