“Dad, are you sure the gifts were sent by Mr. Caden and not Mr. Watson?” dys asked again. She
still felt that it was Zavier who had sent the betrothal gifts and not the one whom Thea had saved ten
years ago.
Lex smoked his tobo and nodded. “Yes, it was indeed Mr. Caden. It seems it must be that man from
the Cadens that Thea had saved ten years ago. These gifts are for Thea.”
