    ?

Though his tone was condescending, Hiro didn''t feel bothered by it. Instead, he smiled and answered, "Sure," before the crowd swarmed over him.

The celebration raged on, their excitement palpable.

This goal was extremely crucial for them. With this, if they manage to defend the next few minutes, they could go home with three points.

"Hiro, the number ten of Atletico Madrid, he just can''t stop scoring," thementator expressed, clearly impressed by Hiro''s performance.

    [(1) Atletico Madrid 69pts]

    [(2) FC Barcelona 67pts]

    [(3) Real Madrid 64pts]

    [(4) Atletic Club 58pts]

The updated table after Hiro''s goal shed on the screen.

Upon witnessing the current standing, some Atletico fans couldn''t stop their tears. Tears of joy flowed out of their eyes as they celebrated their current league standing.

The next few games of Atletico Madrid were against rtively easy clubs.

They had defeated both theirpetitors that threatened their spot in the table. Be it the giant Real Madrid or the offensive powerhouse Barcelona, they had yed both the behemoths.

Like a storm, they had swept the league standing.

And the person standing at the storm''s center was none other than their newest signing- the phantom on the field: Takahashi Hiro.

Hiro had led them from the fifth spot to the top of the table.

The result remained unchanged even after the continuation of the match. Despite their desperate attempt to level the score, Barcelona failed to score in the added extra time.

    Beep!

The shrill sound of the whistle echoed throughout the stadium, signaling the end of the match.

The Atletico fans erupted in jubtion. Their faces, now bright with joy shed on the screen as they celebrated their hard-earned victory.

On the other hand, the home fans were starting to leave the venue. They couldn''t stand staying at the venue any further. Their disgruntled faces darkened with frustration.

Even the ones who had stayed behind werementing the performance of their yers. They knew the game had been won fairly. Hence, they couldn''t even me poor refereeing. With nowhere to direct their pent-up frustration, they targeted the yers who had performed poorly for the team.

    Especially, Araujo and Pena.

They had be the target of this frustrated Barcelona fans. After Araujo failed to stop Hiro one-on-one, he became the most disappointing yer on the team.

"You couldn''t stop one individual. Yet, you hold your head high. Aren''t you ashamed of yourself?"

"You had only one job, yet you couldn''t do it. Conceding two identical goals from the same person, you call yourself the first-choice keeper of Barcelona... Hmph! You should be ashamed of yourself."

The infuriated Barcelona supporters ran their mouth amuck after the end of the game.

The majority of them were already leaving the stadium. But the ones who had remained were being rather noisy. Their cacophonousints were like boisterous screeches of hell, tormenting and agonizing to listen.

Most of these noisy fans were drunk. They were d in the colors of Barcelona from head to toe. Just from a nce, one could tell that they were die-hard fans of the club.

Though they were being boisterous, their eyes were moist, and their noses were red. Even whileining, some were crying.

It almost looked like they were venting their frustration because they were heartbroken. It didn''t look like they hated the yers in itself.

With their shoulders slumped and heads hung low, the Barcelona yers strolled around the field. Their eyes, now dull and listless couldn''t even face their fans.

However, they still had to exchange greetings with the opposing yers. If they simply walked out of the field, it would be unsportsmanlike behavior and they might get heavily criticized for it.

Even so, they couldn''t bring themselves to exchange greetings full-heartedly either.

Most of them didn''t even want to stay there any further. They wanted to leave the pitch as fast as possible. The feeling of shame and humiliation was gnawing at their heart.

They had been humiliated on their home turf.

This feeling of losing before the eyes of thousands of raging home supporters didn''t sit well with them, making them extremely vulnerable.@@novelbin@@

Finishing the customary greetings, they began to leave the pitch.

Meanwhile, the Atletico yers who had won the match celebrated their victory with their fans. With big, wide smiles etched on their faces, they faced their fans, who were cheering from the stand.

Hiro was at the center of the attention, the crowd jubntly chanting his name.

Cameramen gathered around them, capturing the moment. They didn''t want to miss this moment. They could see clear opportunities at this moment.

To defeat Barcelona in their home ground was a big piece of news and nobody wanted to miss

it. Hence, they swarmed around the celebrating Atletico yers and captured the moment.

During the celebration, Hiro stepped outside to get some breather.

Even though Hiro was excited about the victory, he was exhausted. Having run tirelessly around the pitch while maintaining keen senses had left him drained.

Hence, he wanted to rest for a while. For that reason, he stepped outside.

Just as he stepped outside, he started feeling thirsty. So, he headed to the sideline to get some

    water.

The opposing yers were slowly retreating. However, he didn''t pay much attention to them. He figured it wouldn''t be a good time to greet them.

Hence, he trod straight to the sideline, ignoring the opposition around him.

However, on his way, he was stopped by the imposing blond. Hiro tried to ignore him and walk past him. But he kept blocking his way as if he wanted to speak something.

Encountering his gesture, Hiro paused and stared straight at him.

''What does he want?'' Hiro pondered, looking straight into Cillian''s eyes.

Though that icy cold gaze had intimidated him before, he wasn''t intimidated by them now.

    Hiro stood before him, unfazed.

Towering over Hiro, Cillian stared down at Hiro without uttering a single thing.

Due to their height difference, it felt like watching a confrontation between a kid and an adult. Yet even while under Cillian''s presence, Hiro remainedposed.

"It''s my loss this time," Cillian admitted, his tone rather gruff. "But I won''t lose next time."
