    Chapter 764: Chapter 764 - The 7-Second Miracle

    ?

Broken, Charmelyn, and Starfall rushed toward the gate, the first obstacles standing between them and the Raid Boss.

But before they could even think about joining the fight, they had to solve the puzzle.

The challenge wasn''t just about unlocking the gate-it required careful analysis, time to figure out the mechanics before they could even begin solving it. And time was the one thing they didn''t have.

On the giant screen, their faces were disyed side by side with another feed-the rival teams hammering away at the Raid Boss. Even though the opposing yers were visibly struggling, the boss was already in its second phase, and it was clear... victory was near.

Brando, ever the sharp-eyed caster, jumped back into the analysis.

"How about we check the fastest record for solving this puzzle?" he suggested, his tone serious. "The current record stands at 2 minutes and 30 seconds. And that was set by a world champion puzzle solver someone who dominates even outside Immortal Legacy."

Brando''s expression darkened slightly as he looked at the Raid Boss''s health bar. "Meanwhile, based on how this battle is going, the Raid Boss will fall in less than a minute."

He turned toward Paul, who simply crossed his legs, watching the match unfold with a knowing expression.

"Well," Paul finally said, exhaling slowly, "at the very least, Team Destroyer put on one hell of a show. But this is where their journey ends, I think."

Suddenly, a notification sound echoed across the arena, drawing everyone''s attention to the screen-something no one had expected had just happened.

"What happened?! What did Broken just do?!" Brando shouted, his voice filled with shock.

On the screen, Broken stood in front of the now-open gate, a simple pickaxe in his hand. Next to him, a new record time was disyed-he had solved the puzzle in just 7 seconds.

    7 SECONDS.

    The stadium erupted with disbelief.

"How in the world did Broken do that?!"

"Wait-did he use some kind of weird trick?!"

A rey was immediately yed on the giant screen, showing exactly what Broken had done.

The footage revealed that Broken had simply hit the gate twice with the pickaxe. Two swings. And just like that-the puzzle was solved. The gate had opened.

Paul, who had been calmly watching the match, straightened in his seat, his usualposed expression shifting into one of intense focus. His eyes narrowed as he processed what he had just witnessed.

"Paul, tell me what just happened?!" Brando demanded. "Is Broken''s pickaxe so powerful that it can somehow solve puzzles?!"

Paul studied the footage closely. The pickaxe Broken had used... lookedpletely normal. It wasn''t a legendary item. It wasn''t a high-grade tool. It was just a simple, low-tier pickaxe.

There was no way a tool like that could bypass aplex puzzle designed to test intelligence and problem-solving skills.

"...No," Paul finally said, his tone measured. "I don''t think it''s the pickaxe. I think he has another secret. Something else. A special ss? A hidden ability? Or maybe... something tied to his Divine Champion blessing?"

Brando turned to him sharply. "And now, Paul-tell me. Just what kind of blessing does Broken actually have?"

The screen continued to disy Broken, Charmelyn, and Starfall, now facing yet another wave

of monsters. But this time, they didn''t even need the Gaia Beasts to intervene.

With precise coordination, the three unleashed powerful AoE attacks, wiping out the monsters effortlessly before Broken even had to call for backup.

    Then, another gate appeared.

This was the final puzzle standing between them and the Raid Boss.

The audience leaned forward in anticipation-was what Broken did earlier just a coincidence?

Or could he really solve these puzzles just by using his pickaxe?

With his usualposure, Broken did the same thing as before.

    He struck the gate once.

    ...Nothing happened.

    The crowd stared.

    He hit it again.

    ....Still nothing.

"Wait... why isn''t it opening? He only had to hit it twice before, right?!"

"I knew it! That was just dumb luck. There''s no way a puzzle like this can be solved by hitting

    it with a pickaxe!"

"Yeah, I refuse to believe it. That waspletely cheating!"

    Broken struck the gate again.

    Nothing.

"Told you, Broken was just messing around."

"Well, it''s over for them. The Raid Boss is going down in a matter of seconds."

    But then-on the fourth hit.

    The gate swung open.

    "WHAT THE HELL?!"

    "IT ACTUALLY OPENED?!"

    "BROKEN REALLY DID IT AGAIN?!"

    The stadium erupted into chaos.

"What kind of pickaxe is that?! This has to be unfair!"

"I don''t see anything unfair about it. There''s no rule saying the puzzle has to be solved

    normally."

"Hepletely brute-forced his way through! These puzzles are designed to test intelligence and teamwork... but he just ignored all of that!"

It wasn''t just the yers in the match who were stunned anymore-even the casters were

    speechless.

Broken stepped into the open battlefield, his eyes locking onto the towering creature ahead- a massive elephant-like beast with long, curved tusks, standing at three times the height of an average human. The Raid Boss.

All around it, yers swarmed, attacking from every direction, desperate to bring it down.

    Then, they noticed him.

Their gazes snapped toward Broken, Charmelyn, and Starfall as they entered the fray.

"Someone stop them! Don''t let them get close!"

"There''s no way he''s winning this. They''re only three people. They can''t steal thest hit!"

"Yeah, we''ve already done most of the damage. There''s nothing they can do!" Even as they argued among themselves, Broken, Charmelyn, and Starfall simply kept walking.

They closed the distance with measured steps, pletely ignoring the shouting yers. "STOP RIGHT THERE! You''re toote! This monster belongs to us!" one of them yelled.

    Broken didn''t slow down.

"Weren''t you the ones saying it''s pointless for us to try-since thest hit will go to you

    anyway?" he said.

"CUT THE CRAP, BROKEN! I KNOW YOU''RE GONNA PULL SOME DIRTY TRICK!" another yer

    snapped.

The attacks didn''t stop. The other teams continued their assault on the Raid Boss, determined

to end it before Broken could do anything.

But then-a shift in the battlefield.

The gate behind them burst open.

From it, twelve Gaia Beasts rushed forward, their massive forms crashing into the battlefield. They attacked from all directions, disrupting the yers who were too focused on the Raid Boss, forcing them to split their attention.

    The battlefield descended into chaos.

    And it didn''t stop there.

A shadow loomed over the battlefield.

Emerging from behind Broken was a colossal figure-twice the height of him.

Its ck, stone-like body radiated raw, primal power, wrapped in writhing shadow vines that

    pulsed with dark energy.

    It was ckthorn Golem.

    The momentum shifted instantly.

Broken, Charmelyn, and Starfall joined the fight.

The Raid Boss''s health plummeted the final moments of the battle drawing near.

    And then-the screen shed.

The other yers stood frozen, their eyes locked on the Raid Boss as its massive body broke

apart into tiny glowing pixels, vanishing from the battlefield.

For a split second, no one moved. No one spoke.

    Then-

    "Wait... who got thest hit?!"@@novelbin@@

A wave of panic and urgency swept across the arena as every yer scrambled to check their

system notifications, desperate to see the final result.

The audience held their breath, the tension in the stadium so thick it felt like time had

    stopped.

    And then-

A notification appeared on the giant disy, announcing the team who had secured thest

    hit.
