Chapter 376: The Divine Instrument is Born – The Sword of Many Proverbs_1


    Cindy Doppler saw Su Yu leap down from the third floor, and smiled as she walked towards him:


    ” Mr. Wing of the Sky, everything you requested has been purchased and is now ced in a warehouse on the west side of town. We can go pick it up right now.”


    “Mr. Wing of the Sky” was an alias Cindy Doppler gave to Su Yu. After all, she couldn’t just call Su Yu “Number One” in front of others, could she?


    Upon learning Su Yu’s real name, Cindy Doppler decided to give him the nickname “Wing of the Sky” because of the character “Yu” in his name.


    Many powerhouses on Skru Star liked to use such nicknames, such as “Freedom Wing”, “True Silver Holy Sword”, “Storm Executioner”, and so forth, so it didn’t sound odd at all.


    Hearing Cindy Doppler’s words, Su Yu nodded, “Alright, we’ll go now.”


    At this time, Morning Star also jumped out from the third floor window, and Su Yu swiftly caught her in his arms.


    “Sir, please get into the vehicle.” Cindy Doppler made a “please” gesture towards the hover car.

    “Mr. Wing of the Sky, a significant event of international importance has urred. It hasn’t been reported by the media yet, but it has set off rm bells among all the seventh order powerhouses globally! At least 10 out of 15 God-Level powerhouses have already made their moves.


    To put it in a blunt way, the impact of this event is even bigger than when you sunk the….”


    Cindy Doppler initially wanted to say “sunk the Floating Ind”, but she quickly realized her mistake and corrected herself: “bigger than when you sunk the vige pond!”


    “Pfft!” Morning Star couldn’t help butugh out loud, clutching her belly and convulsing withughter.


    A slight twitch trembled at the corner of Su Yu’s mouth, “Sinking the vige pond”, really?


    However, he started to take things seriously: “What big event?”


    What terrifying event could have urred in such a short time to rm 10 God-Level powerhouses?

    “Yes, this super artifact is called ‘Sword of Many Proverbs’. Reliable sources say that oneponent of the super artifact, the ‘hilt of the Sword of Many Proverbs’ is about to appear on the ‘Wild Continent’. All the God-Level powerhouses rushed there immediately.”


    Cindy Doppler’s face turned flushed with excitement:


    “The ‘Sword of Many Proverbs’ consists of twoponents: the ‘Hilt of the Sword of Many Proverbs’ and the ‘de of the Sword of Many Proverbs’. Whoever can gather these twoponents will possess the power to rule the world!”

    Su Yu gave a knowing look which read, “I’m not well-read, don’t pull my leg.”


    Acquire the power to rule the world? Why did he feel like he was watching a children’s cartoon?


    As a kid, many animations he watched were all about gathering specific items to rule the world, such as “Gather the seven Dragon Balls to rule the world”, “collect all the magic beans to rule the world”, “collect all millennium artifacts to rule the world”…


    He was already past the age of believing such things. Furthermore, why hadn’t he heard of the “Sword of Many Proverbs” in his previous life? Could Cindy Doppler be messing with him?<div>

    Now that the ‘Hilt of the Sword of Many Proverbs’ has emerged, it is only natural that God-Level powerhouses will rush to it as soon as possible.”


    Su Yu knew a bit about the terms like  Level” and “Ster Level” powerhouses.


    -Level” referred to those who could annihte all life on a Level 1 civilization single-handedly within 10 days; they could be called -Level” powerhouses;


    (Level 1 Civilization referred to a civilization that could conduct interster immigration and transformation. Inparison, the current Blue Star is approximately a 0.75-level civilization, while Skru Star has just crossed over into the threshold of a Level 1 Civilization.)


    “Ster-Level” referred to those who could destroy a star (with a minimum diameter of about one-tenth of the Sun) in 100 days; they could be called “Ster-Level” powerhouses.


    Of course, powerhouses of a such caliber are usually found in advanced civilizations like the Singers and don’t generally interfere with lower-level civilizations as per the “Singer Interster Management Regtions”, so they are rather hard toe by.

    After hearing Cindy Doppler’s words, Su Yu scratched his chin, unsure of what to say.


    Doppler didn’t seem to be joking, so it meant that such a sword really existed? But why hadn’t he heard of this in his previous life?<div>

    “Well…” Su Yu thought for a moment before rejecting bluntly: “I’m afraid that’s not possible. It would be too dangerous for us there, with so many God-Level powerhouses and most likely hundreds of Legends.


    Plus, we’re due to return to Blue Star in just one day. We cannot allow this to dy our return journey.”


    “Alright.” Morning Star snuggled deeper into Su Yu’s arms, her ears drooping slightly, her expression somewhat gloomy.
