A dull knock came from the wooden door of the meeting room.

ude knew his old butler Hemet well. Hemet would never intrude on a meeting without a good reason. Since he was here, it meant that something hade up or Hemet had something to say that was rted to what they were discussing.
The old butler respectfully bowed to the attendees, saying: “Master, the goblin[Vena·ck Gold]is here, and he carries the token given by Nemesis as a symbol of his role as the emissary of the Princess.”
“Oh?” ude’s eyes narrowed slightly.
They were discussing Nemesis, and ironically, one of Nemesis’ men had arrived.
ude rubbed his chin, thought for a moment, then stood up. His gaze swept over his staff: “I will meet with the goblin. Meanwhile, everyone, stay here, do not leave.”
“Understood.” The staff members quickly answered.
Then, ude got up and left the meeting room, leaving his staff waiting patiently.
A few minutester, ude returned to the meeting room, walking with the stride of a dragon and the fierceness of a tiger.

“Lord Mayor, what did the Goblin say?” the chief staff member asked.

“Who knows?” ude did not deny nor confirm.
“But Nemesis is not a fool.” The staff member reminded, “Nemesis knows very well that he has severely offended you, so he will definitely be wary of the elite soldiers you send. If you want to sessfully target Nemesis, you would need to out-think him.”
“Ha! Nemesis is not a fool, am I one?” ude snorted coldly, then waved his hand dismissively:
“Rest assured, I have a perfect n in mind. Even if Tina Garcia brings the entire Unicorn Knights to help defend Nemesis’s territory, he can’t hope to hold it!”
