This is why gossip columns about celebrities’ lives and other simr forms of reporting have be mainstream.
They provide information that most people wouldn’t otherwise know, and if presented as truth, the public has no way of discerning fact from fiction unless there’s concrete evidence or an official statement refutes it.
The reporters on the scene quietly distanced themselves from the female reporter who had tried to throw Hera into the middle of the chaos, only to find herself bing the prey.
She could feel Hera’s eyes on her, filled with mischief and a hint of amusement, as if watching a clown stumble and be the butt of their own joke.
She felt as if she might choke on her own saliva while struggling to formte a retort to Hera’s words.
"M-Miss Hera, please don’t put it that way. We reporters are only doing our job to uncover the truth for the public. It feels as if our dedication is being questioned and ridiculed, even when we haven’t done anything wrong."
The reporter repeatedly used "we" to epass all journalists in the country, attempting to unite them under her banner.
By doing so, she aimed to rally her colleagues to defend their profession—and, by extension, herself—while shifting their animosity toward Hera for her bold and outrageous remarks made in front of the public.
"Miss Reporter, I’m not suggesting that all journalists are the same. Each of you is an individual, and many reporters genuinely risk their lives to deliver the truth to the public, which deserves respect."
"However, there are some who tarnish that dedication, leading to a negative perception of the profession as a whole."
"I brought this up because I’m concerned that your line of questioning may ce you in that negative light. Nowadays, manyizens are discerning and can easily recognize when someone is engaging in negative press."
As Hera’s exnation resonated, the live stream erupted with a flood ofments criticizing the reporter.
The reporters on-site began to cast the other female reporter nces of disdain, as if she were dragging them all down into the same pit, exposing them to the wrath of the masses.
They struggled to find a retort to Hera’s words because she spoke nothing but the truth. In fact, many of the journalists present began to admire her.
As fellow reporters, they recognized the difficulty of pursuing their passion when bad apples tainted their ranks, particrly among those in higher positions.
This often forced them to chase gossip, which was more profitable and had arger market, instead of focusing on the truth about the nation or the business matters they were genuinely interested in uncovering.
The worst part was that, due to the negative press, the public began to lump all journalists together, failing to appreciate even the most dedicated among them.
Journalism hadn’t always been this way; it once focused solely on delivering the truth to the masses. However, when politics entered the scene, everything changed.
Hera’s voice pulled everyone back to reality as she chuckled before continuing. "Oh, I see! So what really happened is that a group of hired trolls has been spreading falsehoods about me, attempting to tarnish my name."
"Naturally, my people couldn’t just sit back and allow them to damage my reputation while I remainpletely innocent."
As she spoke, she scrolled through Xavier’s phone, which he had handed her after quickly looking up information when the female reporter put Hera in a tough spot.
"Well, I believe this is an important moment for me to rify my stance. I stand with my people’s decision in calling for public ountability for these online bullies. Some of you might think I’m being too harsh for saying this, but I am firmly against all forms of bullying—whether it’s in schools, online, or at work."
"Bullying is not a joke; it’s a crime against humanity. To the bullies out there, I urge you to ask yourselves: Have these individuals done anything to deserve your harassment? Or are you simply trying to assert your power and appear ’cool’ by bending others to your will?"
"True strength is found in a person’s ability to stand up against any odds and rise to the top through their own efforts. This includes being responsible, open-minded, and embodying many other important qualities."
"Those who bully others to assert power are nothing but cowards, who sumb to pressure rather than demonstrating true strength."
"Simrly, those who do so for financial gain are simply bad apples in society that need to be addressed and held ountable."
"We must protect those who are being bullied. Essentially, those who engage in online harassment for profit and disregard human lives are nothing but scum."
"Have any of you considered how many lives have been lost to suicide due to the actions of these online bullies?"
"While some may view the victims as weak for sumbing to their tormentors, we must remember that they may already be facing significant struggles behind closed doors."
"As human beings, we should be spreadingpassion and empathy instead of dismissing others for their inability to fit in."

[IAMSuperman: Damn! The bullies has been burned! I never have thought that I would see Hera this fierce, she must be really against bullying.]
[Sasha: Do you think she has been bullied badly in school before?]
[SuzieIsABeauty: @Sasha, I am her schoolmate from highschool and she was indeed bullied by Alexi’s fans but she have a very fierce friend, Athena, so, no one can really do so but Hera also helped the victims of bullying since she was in school.]
[CallMeBaby: That’s true! I even came across Hera, wiping the floor with some male bullies in the alley when I was studying in the same highschool as her, apparently, she was good at fighting, so no one really messes with her, aside from the stupid bimbos of our school.]
