    The ride to Xavier’s pack was a quiet one and immediately I got in, painful memories. and incident of my experience in the past came running into my brain.


    My wolf whimpered in hurt and I sighed softly.


    “I’m sorry N” I muttered under my breath and began to hope in my heart that the mask on my scent wouldn’t fade now that I was in his pack.

    A lot have changed around here, especially the interior of the house. We got into the house and my eyes moved over to the omegas that walked around doing there duties.


    Omegas where werewolves who worked in the pack house, helping with the pack chores.

    I scrolled through my phone trying to keep myself busy before his arrival and it wasn’t long before I heard a gasp on the stairs.


    “Emerald !” someone called in shock from behind me and I refused to turn towards the person. Doing that would confirm that I was Emerald and not Rachel.


    “Emerald” she said again as she walked over to me with tears rolling out of her eyes as she pulled me into her arms.

    I pretended not to have the slightest idea about who she was.


    Aunt Maggie was one of the nicest persons I knew during my stay at the blood moon pack as Xavier’s mate.
