Chapter 935: Chapter 935: I Can Do Whatever It Takes

"We’ve already experienced Young Master’s cunning, and we’re convinced. It’s always been the case that winners be kings while losers are vilified, so we have nothing toin about. However, we still hope Young Master can show some mercy and not drive things to such extremes. It would be beneficial for everyone."
With each word Uncle Thompson uttered, Scarlett Yates felt more shocked inside.
When she heard the phrase about winners and losers, her body shook slightly.
She widened her eyes in astonishment, staring at Uncle Thompson.
Matthew Saxon... won?
Who knows what Matthew Saxon said. At first, Uncle Thompson was able to remain calm, but as he kept speaking, he started to snarl through clenched teeth: "If the Senior Master really wanted to kill you, you wouldn’t have made it to the day you escaped, would you? Indeed, he initially sought to eliminate any future troubles, butter he changed his mind. Though you never regarded him as your big brother, he held some brotherly affection for you."
"So, have you decided to use the Young Master and thedy?"
Whatever Matthew Saxon said, Uncle Thompson suddenly let out two strange coldughs: "Since Young Master insists on being so heartless, I have no choice but to find someone else to persuade you. Perhaps her words will have the effect that mine did not."
After finishing, he finally directed his gaze back to Scarlett Yates.
He ced the phone at Scarlett Yates’ ear, saying with a smile, "Miss Yates, say a few words. Your words are surely much more effective than mine."
Scarlett Yates red at him angrily, mped her mouth tightly shut, and said nothing.
Seeing this, Uncle Thompson chuckled again and said leisurely, "Miss Yates, I don’t want to hurt you unless I’m forced to. As long as you cooperate with me, I guarantee your life will be safe. But if you refuse to cooperate, I’ll have no choice but to greet you with some unpleasant methods. Miss Yates, you better not doubt my words; I will stop at nothing to protect my Young Master and thedy."
When he spoke the words ’stop at nothing,’ a trace of murderous intent shed in his eyes.
In an instant, Scarlett Yates felt a chilling object pressed against her forehead.
Her whole body turned cold, as though an icy chill pierced her bones, and her body became rigid.
"Tell him you’re in my hands," Uncle Thompson applied pressure, the gun muzzle pressed heavily against her forehead, and he sneered through clenched teeth, "I wouldn’t want to blow a hole in your little brain here."
The blood in Scarlett Yates’ body was frozen by the chill, her hands and feet icy cold.
She knew Uncle Thompson wasn’t just trying to scare her.
Those murderous eyes were fixed on her, cold and ruthless.
She was thinking, if Matthew Saxon truly refused his demands, Uncle Thompson would indeed kill her.
Scarlett Yates didn’t want to die, but she also didn’t want to cause trouble for Matthew Saxon.
Seeing her remain silent, Uncle Thompson grew increasingly impatient. With a sh of ruthlessness in his eyes, he began to speak viciously, "Matthew Saxon, your woman is now in my hands. If you don’t want her dead, you’ll do as I say. Otherwise, if you move against thedy and Young Master, I’ll shoot her dead."
"If you don’t care at all about her life or death, just pretend I said nothing. I won’t plead with you further, but this woman—I will get rid of her no matter what."
Uncle Thompson’s voice was loud.
Even with the phone next to Scarlett Yates’ ear, Matthew Saxon on the other end could hear him.
