Joanna was nervous. "Maxwell, you have three other women over there. Have I ever said anything? But I really haven''t done anything to betray you."
Joanna looked aggrieved. Maxwell Griffith let out a breath, and his tone became gentler. "Let''s go. We''ll head back and figure something out. That old man yed us."
Maxwell Griffith was furious. He hade back to take over everything that was Sebastian''s, only to end up with nothing.
Joanna was also fuming. How could this have happened?
With grim expressions, the two of them walked out.
Once in the car, Natalie could no longer hold back her tears.
Seeing her cry, Queena couldn''t help but ask, "Natalie, what''s wrong? Aren''t you happy about the divorce? Why are you crying?"
Natalie wanted to tell her that Sebastian might not be the real Sebastian, but she was afraid of putting Queena in danger.
She sobbed, "I''m... I''m just so happy."
Queena sighed, figuring as much.
"Alright, stop crying. Let''s go home."
Queena started the car.
Natalie saw Joanna emerging with Maxwell Griffith, his arm around her. They were inseparable.
Natalie took a deep breath. Her mind was a chaotic mess.
She couldn''t figure out what had gone wrong.
How was Sebastian no longer the original Sebastian?
But how could two people be so identical? Their mannerisms, their gaze, their build -they were practically the same.
Even their voices were identical. Even if they were twins, could their voices be exactly the same?
Natalie closed her eyes, then snapped them open and dialed Sean''s number.
The call didn''t go through.
What was going on?
Where was Sean?
Natalie thought of Mrs. Griffith. She looked at Queena and said, "Queena, it''s still early. Let''s go to the old Griffith family mansion."
She was a little worried about the grandmother. They had dealt with the butler before, but there were other people there.
Queena replied, "Okay, let''s go now. But don''t you worry. I did a quick reading, and the olddy is fine. You''re the one in trouble."
Natalie knew what Queena meant. She probably couldn''t see through the fake Sebastian.
"Queena, it''s okay. You don''t have to worry about me."
Natalie wiped her tears away. This was no time for crying.
She sent a message to Luna, asking her to check the hospital''s security footage for anything rted to Sebastian.
She urged her to be extremely careful.
She felt a small sense of relief when Luna replied.
Queena watched her, her eyes narrowing slightly. What was going on?
Forty minutester, they arrived at the old mansion.
Just as Natalie and Queena walked in, they heard Timothy''s roar. "Mom, I''m your son, and Sebastian is your grandson! Yet you gave all the assets to that outsider, Natalie Do you even consider me your son?"
"Do you even consider Sebastian your own grandson?" Natalie stopped in her tracks and looked toward the house.
Joanna, the fake Sebastian, and Timothy were all there.
Natalie wondered, where was Sean?
Natalie and Queena stood at the doorway, listening.
After hearing Timothy''s words, the elderdy looked at Sebastian with some surprise. "Sebastian, back then when your grandfather asked you to sign the agreement, you readily agreed. Why are you bringing your father here toin now?"
The elderdy didn''t know what had happened.
After the car ident, her eldest grandson seemed like apletely different person. She had raised him froth a baby, shepherded him through everything. One look was all it took for her to know if it was really him.
Something about him felt wrong.
