Susan pulled out her phone, excited. "Mr. Spencer, your luck is incredible. I just
absorbed some of it from your hands. I''m buying a couple of lottery tickets right now. Maybe I''ll win the jackpot tomorrow!"
Natalie did the same.
Marshall waspletely baffled. That... was a thing?
He nced at his own hands, then quickly called his assistant.
"Hey! I need you to go to the Monroe Group and negotiate a deal right now."
Natalie and Susan were speechless.
Marshall hung up, a smug grin on his face. "With my luck today, I might as well test it out."
"Heh..." Natalie chuckled. For the rest of the trip, the three of them joked around, feeling happy and rxed.
Marshall watched the two womenughing freely. He realized that being with different people brought different kinds of joy.
When he went out with his usual crowd, all they did was drink and y cards, stumbling home drunk every night.
Or they''d go horseback riding, practice archery, or race cars.
But being with these two women was apletely different feeling, like a current of positive energy flowing through him.
The yacht stopped. They had arrived at the ind.
As the three of them disembarked, they were greeted by a white sandy beach and crystal-clear water that revealed beautiful corals beneath. Natalie was thrilled. "I knew this was the right choice. This ce is absolutely beautiful."
Susan and Marshall were equally excited. Although Marshall was a pampered young master used to a life of leisure, he had never experienced the fun of fending for himself.
Now, he was buzzing with excitement.
Natalie had already changed into her wetsuit on the yacht. The ck suit
entuated her slender figure.
She held a bag and a three-meter-long speargun.
Marshall walked over. "Natalie, I know how to swim. Why don''t I go down with you?"
Natalie put on her goggles and
looked at him. "This is no joke, so don''t get in the way. It can be dangerous. You and Susan can fish from here I''ll go down, and spear some grouper and lobster for us. You even brought a chef, so dinner is going to be amazing."
With that, Natalie dove into the sea.
Marshall watched as she swam as freely as a mermaid. He was filled with envy.
Susan put on a rash guard and said to Marshall, "Go get the fishing gear. I''m determined to catch a big snapper or grouper today."
Marshall suddenly pointed to a yacht in the distance. "Susan, look."
Susan turned and saw Sebastian standing at the bow, dressed in a white shirt and ck casual pants wearing sunsses. He looked. impossibly regal, with an imposing aura that seemed to look down on y the world. He was the picture of a handsome man against a scenic backdrop.
"Damn, Sebastian looks incredibly handsome when he''s not in a suit."
Marshall''s face darkened. "That guy never gives up. What''s he doing here? Anyone can act cool. I''m handsome too."
Susan was then reminded that Sebastian was a scumbag.
She put her hands on her hips, annoyed. "He''s probably here to cause trouble."
Then she nced at Marshall, who was wearing board shorts. "Mr. Spencer, you lose. Your face is decent, but that outfit... you''ve definitely lost this round." Marshall was speechless.
"Hmph! Natalie was right to leave Sebastian. Everyone secretly says he''s cold-blooded and ruthless that he''s the most heartless leader the Griffith family has ever had."
