Chapter 757

Everyone knew how much she doted on her eldest son.

So she was the least likely suspect.

"Could it be that we were wrong from the start? Perhaps it wasn''t any of those three, but one of the servants?" Mr. Michael Rosenberg ventured.

"It''s not out of the question that we have some brainless servants in the house."

Mr. Michael Rosenberg''s words sent the other two elders into another deep contemtion.

After all, Lionel was now almostpletely cleared of suspicion, and they couldn''t figure out a motive for Quennel or his mother.

That left the household staff as the only remaining possibility.

Mr. Edward Rosenberg said, “Investigate all the servants in the house. We can''t let them get away with it."

Mr. Michael Rosenberg and Elder Hong responded, "Yes!"

None of the three elders had any idea that as they were discussing the matter, Quennel had already hacked into the estate''s security cameras and was recording every word of their conversation.

He closed the camera feed and tossed his phone onto the table, leaning back hard against the sofa in frustration.

Quennel had never imagined Lionel would voluntarily admit his prior coboration with Cherry.

And now, that very admission had be his most convincing piece of evidence. Great. The elders were no longer suspicious of Lionel and were now turning their attention to him and his mother, along with the other servants.

But if they investigated further, they would surely find that none of the servants on duty had any real motive.

Once the staff were cleared, the investigation would circle back to him and his mother.

At that point, even if his mother tried to take the me for him, it would be meaningless!

The thought made Quennel even more agitated, and he pinched the bridge of his nose forcefully.

Suddenly, an idea sparked in his mind.

His eyes narrowed slowly as he sat up straight.

Quennel took a deep breath, walked to the window, and looked down at the grounds below. After a long moment of contemtion, he decided his idea was indeed a very good one.

This way, he could deflect a great deal of suspicion from himself!

Yes, at this point, it was the only thing he could do!

Quennel picked up his phone and made a call.

Lionel was unaware that the elders no longer suspected him. However, Mr. Michael Rosenberg''s earlier words had left him increasingly agitated, even causing him to lose. sleep that night.

His mind was consumed with thoughts of Hannah''s disloyalty and dishonesty, lying just to frame him.

With the elders already suspicious of him, if Hannah had indeed deceived them, his name would be tarnished for good.

Early the next morning, having barely slept, Lionel, with dark circles under his eyes and a weary expression,

quickly tidied up changed his clothes, and set off for the Temple family''s residence.

He had to find Hannah and demand to know why she would try to frame him at such a critical moment.

Hannah, Cherry, and Samuel had just finished breakfast when a servant announced that Lionel had arrived and wished to speak with them.

The three of them exchanged nces, unsure what Lionel could possibly want so suddenly.

Hannah thought for a moment and decided to let him in.

"How about a livestream?" Cherry suggested impulsively.

She raised an eyebrow and grinned. "I mean, we''ve been releasing videos every

time. If the audience isn''t bored of it, I sure am."

Cherry''s suggestion left both Hannah and Samuel stunned.

If anyone was the queen of stirring the pot, it was Cherry. Absolutely brilliant!
