Chapter 743

"Have Quennel and his mother made any unusual moves?" Mr. Hector asked.

"The men watching them just called. They reported that there have been no strange movements so far. They''re going about their business as usual.”

A nearby servant reported this, then brought over a tablet with surveince footage for the three elders to review.

The elders took the tablet, and as they watched the screen, their suspicion of Lionel''s actions grew even stronger.

"Look, out of the three of them, only Lionel chose this exact moment to call Hannah. The others have done nothing. Doesn''t that tell you something?!"

Mr. Michael Rosenberg set the tablet down and pointed at the screen. "Don''t me me for constantly going after Lionel. If he were truly innocent, I wouldn''t be saying a word about him!"

Mr. Hector had been inclined to believe Lionel, but seeing that the other two had remained inactive while Lionel''s actions were so bizarre, he too began to have his doubts.

"Given the current situation, we must assign more people to watch Lionel closely!" Mr. Hector took a deep breath and ordered the servant beside him, "You must have him watched twenty-four-seven. Keep a close eye on him, and report any unusual activity to me immediately!"

    "Yes, sir!"

The servant, hearing themand, immediately went to make the arrangements. They had to follow the elders'' orders to the letter.

This incident had thoroughly angered the elders, and they had even started to suspect their own staff.

If they didn''t do a perfect job now, they would surely fall under the elders'' intense suspicion.

"I still say we must go and question Hannah properly. After all, she''s involved in this

now. She might actually know something," said Mr. Edward Rosenberg.

At the mention of Hannah''s name, a flicker of disgust crossed Mr. Michael Rosenberg''s eyes.

“Everything that has happened recently started because of Hannah. That woman is a menace!"

He was disgusted by the thought that she was the cause of so many recent

troubles, yet she remainedpletely unaffected, even admired and treated like an idol by a legion of fans.

"I also think we must go see Hannah," Mr. Hector said. "We should go in person. Considering she has the Temple family behind her, summoning her here probably won''t work. A personal visit is more appropriate."

"We go to her? What kind of nonsense is that! So what if she''s from the Temple family? At the end of the day she''s still the wife of our Rosenberg grandson. She should be the one toe to us!"

Mr. Michael Rosenberg grumbled with dissatisfaction, but Mr. Hector immediately shot back, "And what if we summon her and she

immediately posts the news online Are you willing to risk that?

    "But..."

    ?

“No buts. It''s settled. Tomorrow morning, the three of us will go to the Temple estate and get to the bottom of this," Mr. Edward Rosenberg said, cutting Mr. Michael Rosenberg off.

Mr. Michael Rosenberg was still deeply reluctant, but since Edward had spoken, he had no choice but toply.

    The next day.

Hannah had juste downstairs when she noticed three unwee guests in the living room.

At first, Hannah didn''t recognize them, but then she heard Mr. Michael Rosenberg speak.

"What''s this? Now that you''re the esteemed daughter of the Temple family, you don''t even recognize the elders of your husband''s family?"
