Chapter 715

Lionel had barely been seated for a few seconds when he heard theirments, and his brow furrowed deeply.

"We''re here today to decide my future with this family. Is anything else really necessary?"

While the rest of the family deeply respected the elders, hanging on their every word and never daring to talk back, Lionel was a different story.

He had no time for their games and held no respect for their positions.

After all, they hadn''t shown him a shred of kindness since his return, constantly trying to undermine him.

Lionel knew full well that they would praise him in front of Quennel just to put his brother down, yet they never had a good word to say to his face.

These old fossils saw everyone as pawns, modities to be manipted at will. Lionel''s arrogant words hung in the air, stunning everyone in the room. They stared at him in disbelief.

Quennel and Mrs. Mary Rosenberg nearly burst outughing.

They knew Lionel had always despised the elders, but to be so defiant at a time like this? Was he not afraid of being thrown out of the Rosenberg family for good?

Just yesterday, Quennel hadid out the grim consequences of being exiled from

the family, yet here Lionel was, spouting the same insolent nonsense.

It seemed the situation with Hannah had truly driven him mad.

"Lionel, the elders are speaking to you. Is that any way to respond?" Mrs. Mary Rosenberg said, deliberately pulling rank. She looked at Lionel sternly "Elder Shaw is right. You were wrong not to greet everyone when you came in. Stop making excuses and go back out, thene in again and greet everyone properly!"

Quennel gave Lionel a meaningful look. "Just listen to Mother. Go out ande back in. Whatever we''re here to discuss today, the least you can do is show some basic courtesy. You understand?"

Lionel remained silent, his expression dark as he red at them.

Elder Shaw sneered at his arrogant and flippant demeanor. "If you''re so high and mighty that you can''t even show a little respect, then you can leave the Rosenberg family. We have no ce for someone so ill-mannered and disrespectful of his elders. You and your son can handle the disinheritance paperwork tomorrow!"

With that, Elder Shaw stood up, adjusted his clothes, and made a move to leave.

    Mr. Michael Rosenberg gripped his

cane and rose to his feet as well. "Three years have passed, and you''re still as wild as ever. If that''s the case, you''re no child of the

    Rosenberg family Once ther

paperwork is finalized, we will hold a press conference to announce your departure."

"From that day forward, nothing you do will have any connection to us. And if you dare utter the Rosenberg name outside these walls, we will pursue legal action to the fullest extent!"

After the two elders spoke, the atmosphere in the living room became suffocatingly tense.

Quennel hid a smile behind a facade of concern, quickly interjecting, "Lionel, what''s so hard about greeting the elders? Have you no respect for them? Don''t be so arrogant. Get out now!"

Mrs. Mary Rosenberg shot Lionel a venomous look. "Get out ande back in properly! Otherwise, it''ll be toote for regrets. Leaving this family will do you no good. Don''t let your pride ruin you, do you hear me!"
