Chapter 460

As Sandra kept moring to see Quennel, the two men in ck suits ignored her, continuing to press for the information they wanted.

"If you don''te clean, you can prepare to die here. We''ll give you onest chance. Tell us, are there any other backups?"

With that, one of the men brought a whip down hard across her body, giving her no time to hesitate and no longer tolerating her shouting.

In the instant the whip struck, Sandra''s world spun, and everything went ck. For a moment, she felt like she was standing at death''s door.

The crack of the whip echoed in the room for a long time before finally fading.

After a while, the pain became so intense that cold sweat beaded on Sandra''s forehead. She looked down at her skin and saw that the whip had torn it open. Warm, red blood was seeping out.

    "Aaargh!"

The dyed wave of agony washed over her entire body. She threw her head back and screamed, a wild release of pain thatsted for a full minute before her cries finally subsided.

"So, you feel it now. It''s not toote. I''ll give you one more chance. If you don''t talk, I''ll keep whipping you. Either you die, or you answer. Make your choice. I''m not like the other people you''ve dealt with. I do what I say I''m going to do. If you don''t believe me, I can keep going."

The man said, brandishing the whip in his hand.

    "I''ll talk! I''ll talk!"

Sandra looked at the man and knew with chilling certainty that he was unlike anyone she had ever met.

He was heartless. He meant what he said. Anothersh, and she might actually die, never seeing tomorrow.

"I really don''t have any other backups of the file."

After she spoke, a dead silence fell over the cell. Seeing that the two men were

quiet, Sandra knew they probably didn''t believe her.

"I swear to you, every word I''m saying is the absolute truth, with no lies.”

But even with her desperate assurance, the two men remained silent.

Sandra struggled against her restraints, the iron chains nking loudly. She red at the two men and roared in frustration.

"At this point, what else is there to hide? Unless I really have a death wish-and if I did, why would I even be talking to you? I came to him in good faith, wanting nothing but a clean break. I just want to get away from all of them, live my own life in peace. That''s all I ever wanted. But he''s the one who went back on his word!"

If she had known from the start that he would betray her, she never would have

entered into the arrangement so trustingly.

She should have made several backups, maybe even set the video to release automatically after a few hours. Then she wouldn''t beat his mercy now.

It was all her fault for being too naive, for trusting him too much.

"I''ll ask one more time. Is everything you''ve said true?"

The two men exchanged a look. Seeing Sandra''s battered and miserable state, they figured she

probably wouldn''t dare lie to them

    again. Content Belongs

"It''s true! What more do you want me to say? I''ve given you my word, but you don''t

believe me. What am I supposed to do?"

    Sandrapletely broke down, sobbing loudly.
