[I was supposed to go to Roxa today to bring Sandra back, but I saw the trending topics were gone, so I decided toe find you instead. But on the way, Quennel called me frantically and told me to get to the factory. I was forced to go, so I couldn''t see you. It wasn''t my choice toe here. I don''t know if you''re aware I''m at the factory now, but I wanted to be honest with you, so you don''t me meter for not telling you beforehand.]
As if worried she wouldn''t believe him, he even sent her a picture of his flight ticket.
Hannah ced her phone in the center of the table. The other two read the message, their brows knitting in disgust.
Tess scoffed, "Do all men use shifting me as a superpower?"
"Hold on, it''s not all men, it''s him," Samuel corrected. "Men are not all the same. It''s obvious what happened. He saw the scandal was gone and got excited that he didn''t have to make a choice anymore. He immediately drove to the factory to im his position, terrified that if he was a minutete, the job would disappear and he''d be nothing but a powerless rich kid."
A silence fell over the table.
"I never thought his mind worked like that. It''s terrifying. How can one person be so calcting? Just awful, awful," Tess said, patting her chest as if to calm her racing heart.
"You''ve really had it rough, ending up with a guy like this. But this means the rest of your life will be amazing. You''ve used up all your bad luck on him. From now on, it''s smooth sailing!"
Hannah grabbed her friend''s hand, her eyes lighting up.
"My dear, with those words, I feel like I''m destined for greatness and fortune!"
Just as she said it, Hannah paused.
"Wait, when did I unblock this idiot? I''m sure I blocked his number recently. Damn it. I''m blocking him again, right now!"
True to her word, Hannah grabbed her phone and, with a few quick taps, blocked him once more.

He wondered if he hadn''t provided enough evidence.
He picked up his phone to type another message, but when he hit send, the familiar red exmation mark appeared.
Great. He was blocked again.
When he''d sent the first message, he''d forgotten he was blocked. The fact that it went through without the red symbol had filled him with a rush of joy thinking she''d unblocked him and their rtionship might be improving.
He hadn''t expected the red exmation mark to return so swiftly olving him po time to react. It was clear Hannah didn''t want to hear his excuses, nor did she want to see his name ever again.
After blocking the jerk, Hannah felt a sense of catharsis, like she could eat a whole pizza by herself.
Back home, Hannah sat on her bed, deep in thought about what to do next.
Their situation was at an impasse. He suddenly seemed unwilling to divorce her, while she was desperate for it.
As long as he refused to sign the divorce papers, they would remain stuck.
It seemed her previous threats had meant nothing to him.
