Chapter 1043

    ?Chapter 1043:

He knew Ellie wouldn’t let him just walk out like that. She was a stickler for rules.

    “Kaiden!”

Ellie was taken aback by his audacity.

Kaiden had intended to hold back and stayposed, but Ellie’s adorable reaction made it harder for him to resist.

He couldn’t restrain himself anymore. The atmosphere in the spacious fitting room grew charged with passion.

It was unclear how much time had passed. Eventually, it was all over.

Kaiden straightened himself and cleaned Ellie’s hands.

“Kaiden, I promise this is thest time I share a fitting room with you!” Ellie gritted her teeth in frustration.

Kaiden, in high spirits, dressed Ellie while soothing her. “Rx, you’re wearing sunsses. No one will know it’s you.”

    “That’s not the point!”

Kaiden allowed Ellie to voice her annoyance without interruption, his apologetic demeanor perfect.

“Madam, does it fit well?” the sales clerk inquired.

Even though they had spent quite some time in the fitting room—long enough for Ellie to change ten sets of clothes—the sales clerk remained calm, acting as if only five minutes had passed.

“It fits,” Ellie said with a nod. She asked the assistant to fetch a few high-quality bras and hurried Kaiden to pay and leave quickly.

She didn’t want to linger there a moment longer.

Suddenly, she felt a bit relieved that she couldn’t see, sparing herself from the reactions and looks of the sales clerks.

“El, your ears are red,” Kaiden remarked as they exited the store, pinching Ellie’s earlobe with a smile.

Ellie pped his hand away. “You haven’t washed your hands. Don’t touch my ears or face!”

Kaiden rubbed his fingers and smiled silently.

He admitted he had pushed the limits today.

In this mall, such antics weren’t unusual. Plenty of wealthy young men and thrill-seekers frequented it. Kaiden didn’t care about public opinion; he preferred living by his own rules.

However, his wife was very mindful of etiquette.

“Don’t be mad, sweetheart,” Kaiden said, kissing her cheek to calm her. “How about I get you a milkshake?”

Ellie kept a serious expression and then paused for a moment. “Okay.”

    Kaiden chuckled.

He helped Ellie sit down in a rest area and called a bodyguard to watch over her while he went to buy the milkshake himself.

    “Ellie?”

Ellie was lost in thought when she suddenly heard a woman’s voice.

The bodyguard looked at the woman standing before him but didn’t recognize her.
