    “It’s not a big deal.” Kaiden patted her on the waist and said, “Go finish brushing your teeth.”

    Kaiden walked over, took her hand, and went back to the washstand. He opened her dresser with curiosity. “How do I use these bottles?” he asked.


    “Use this one first, then this, then this, and finally this,” Ellie exined, listing the order for toner, lotion, essence, and facial cream.


    Kaiden frowned slightly in distaste as he picked up the toner.


    He unscrewed the cap and surprised Ellie by pouring it into his palm.


    “Hey! Don’t pour so much!” she eximed, stopping him just in time.

    Half the bottle of toner overflowed his hand and spilled out.


    Ellie was speechless, while Kaiden seemed stunned. “How should I apply it? Is this liquid?” he asked, confused.


    “You want to apply it?” Ellie replied, equally confused.


    “No, I will help you apply it,” Kaiden rified.


    He then leaned down and gently kissed her on the forehead.


    He wanted her to avoid getting upset or changing her routine because of him.


    “Then hold still,” Ellie instructed, dipping her fingers in the toner on his palm.


    She looked in the mirror and patted the toner onto her face. Unable to use it all, she picked up more and patted it on his face.


    Kaiden’s eyes widened slightly.


    “Ha ha!” Ellie couldn’t hold back herughter. “Mr. Thorpe, you might be naturally beautiful, but even you can benefit from skincare.”


    “Who are you calling naturally beautiful?” Kaiden gritted his teeth.
