Chapter 77

    ?Chapter 77:

She selected a silver-gray Armani suit, pairing it with a dark-printed, light-blue shirt and a dark-blue twill tie. The tie clip matched the suit’s color, adding a refined touch.

From the doorway, Kaiden observed Ellie choosing cufflinks. Her long, curled eyshes cast a delicate charm as she concentrated on her task. This scene was unusual for Kaiden.

His lounge was a private space, rarely entered by others except for cleaning.

Yet, he found he wasn’t opposed to Ellie being there.

“It’s done.” Ellie settled on sapphire cufflinks, plementing the outfit’s subdued tones. “The Windsor knot might be too formal. A simple knot or a Four-in-Hand would work better,” she suggested, setting aside the ensemble for Kaiden to wearter.

Kaiden pondered over the different tie knots Ellie had mentioned.

Each had its own effect, but he wasn’t sure which he preferred.

Bruce, ever tactful, knocked but didn’t enter. “Mr. Thorpe, is your cross-border meeting in five minutes still on?” Kaiden confirmed it was.

Ellie quickly brought up her uing assignment. “I need to oversee the still photo styling for yourpany’s promotional campaign this afternoon.”

GT Group was known for its efficiency, and they didn’t dy in putting Ellie to work immediately after signing the contract.

Kaiden, about to leave, casually instructed, “After you’re done,e tie my tie.” He left no room for objection.

    Ellie was momentarily taken aback.

Did he not know how to tie a tie?

Despite her surprise, she wasn’t annoyed. After all, styling and ensuring a polished appearance was part of her job and passion.

Demi, who had be a well-known figure in the entertainment industry after being recognized as the daughter of the influential Gordon family, faced intense scrutiny.

When news broke that she lost the MOON Jewelry endorsement from GT Group, the media andizens were quick to react. Netizens mocked her online. “Just two days ago, she boasted about securing the endorsement, and now it’s just a dream.”

“Demi, the rich heiress, right? Maybe her parents can fix this. Hahaha!”

“Here’s a funny story. Demi imed she secured the endorsement of the upscale jewelry brand MOON.”

“How can Demi be so shameless? Going so far as pretending to be MOON’s spokesperson?”

Reading thesements, Demi furiously smashed her phone.

Her agent let out a resigned sigh, instructed Demi’s assistant to get a new phone, and tried to console her. “Ignore thements. The inte’s memory is short. They’ll move on.”

“Why don’t we suppress thesements?” Demi asked, frustrated.

The agent, weary, responded, “We did hire people to sway public opinion, but it didn’t work.”

Demi, seething and far from her publicposure, shouted frantically, “It’s all Ellie’s fault! She’s why I lost the endorsement and became aughingstock. I’ll make sure Ellie pays for this.”

Ellie had a remarkably sessful day at work.

As a rising talent in the supermodel world, the promotional ambassador had not yet reached the pinnacle of fame like some domestic superstars. However, her presence in front of the camera and her natural charisma were undeniable. Her physique was close to perfection, stunningly beautiful.
