    “Here, youdies can change up here.” Jaxon ushered the two women into his room and spoke. It was


    huge and elegant, nothing like before he left the pack, Rowena recalled that she used to Clean this


    room but by then, it belonged to the Luna. Now, everything looked masculine, as well as sophisticated


    and Javon’s scent whiffed through the air.


    “It looks like your mom to me Rowena pointed out. It seemed to her that after Jaxon became the Alpha,

    “You want me to allow you to receive Rowena in my absence? You were the reason she left and you


    think you can make her stay?”


    Charles wanted to take his chances. Jaxon most probably could not read his mind so this was a good


    way to seek his approval. “I could talk to her,” Charles sald faintly but Jaxon heard him. His brows


    raised as he asked,


    “You could talk to her to make her stay? I hope you are not considering having her in your life?”

    met Jaxon’s question with silence, which made Jaxon furious. He let out a humorless chuckle before


    saying, “Be careful Charles, I will do anything for Rowena, if it means fighting you till death.”

    die, Charles said in his mind but did not dare to say it out loud.


    Luckily, the silent war between the brothers ended as soon as the two women stepped out of Jason’s


    room and began to descend the stairs. The jaws of the two men dropped as Rowena asked, “I hope
