A month after the exam, I received an eptance email. That was when I knew it was a university, not a college. Since it was London, that made sense.
Fast forward to a weekter and I was ready to go.
“Christopher will still be your driver,” Kross informed me as we all piled into the elevator with my bags.
Since he was standing behind me, I bent my head back and stared up at him. He stared down at me, but all I could see was his jaw.

“He’sing with me to London?” I asked, still looking at him even though my neck was beginning to cramp.
“Yes.”
Kade ced a hand on the back of my neck, straightening it. “Don’t do that. You might break your neck.”
Axel caressed the back of my neck, smirking at Kade. “Our little rise isn’t so fragile, Kadey.”
And for the past month, this is how it’s been in the mansion; soft, caring, teasing. Listen, the sexual tension was still there, but it was subtle, just barely beneath the surface, but everybody seemed to be fine with it.
We had breakfast and dinner together every day without fail. I’ve learned a lot about them—well, except what they were, but that was fine. I no longer wanted to know.
The elevator opened to the garage and Christopher was already there.
“Good morning, ma’am,” he greeted me as he took my bag and I smiled at him.
“Hey, Chris. It seems you’re going to be stuck with me for a long while.”
He gave his small smile. “That’s not so bad. Yourpany isn’t so bad.”
I scoffed, walking to the car but stopped when I didn’t notice the men weren’t

following. I looked back to see them still in the elevator, looking at Christopher as he arranged my bags into the car.
“Guys?”
“In the years I’ve known Christopher I’ve never seen him smile,” Kross said, still looking at my driver.
“Or even said more than two words,” Axel added.
Christopher cleared his throat, but said nothing. I looked over at him. He really has changed. He talked more easily now, and that’s when I finally noticed how good–looking he was.
He was on a buzz cut, and he was blonde, with light blue eyes. Tall and bulky, with a scar under his jaw. His being with me in school wouldn’t be so bad.
“I don’t like that look you’re giving him, Rosette,” Axel snarled, now ring at Chris.
“Neither do I,” Kade added.
“Maybe we should get her a new driver,” Kross muttered.
“Someone less good–looking and all muscles,” Axel agrees.
I rolled my eyes as I walked to the car, but Kross’s voice stopped me. “You ride
with us.”
“See you at the airport,” I said to Chris as I walked to their car.
“Sure you don’t want to see your mom before you leave?” Kade asked as he opened the car door for me.
And that ruined my mood. “I sent a text.”
Axel snorted as he got into the front seat. “A text, sweetheart. Not even a call. Naughty girl.”
“If she doesn’t want to see her, then she shouldn’t,” Kross said, getting into the driver’s seat. I gave him a grateful smile and he nodded back.

The drive to the airport was filled with chatter and bickering–mostly me and Axel just bickering over nothing–but soon we were at the airport. But not inside the airport, though. We just drove straight to their private jet. Yeah, you heard right. They had their own private jet. These people were rich rich.
Chris was already there when we got there, and we all got in together, settling in.
London, here Ie.

It was cold in London. As soon as I stepped out of the jet, that was the first thing I noticed; how cold it was.
“Should have warned you,” Kross whispered as he came behind me and wrapped his coat around me, his scent filling my nose. “Forgive me. It’s colder here than it is back home.”
I looked up at him. “Thanks.”
His eyes dropped to my lips, but he looked away, clearing his throat. “Come on.”
There were already cars waiting for us, and we got in and drove away. My face was glued to my window as we passed. This was the first time I’ve ever been to another country and I was fascinated by how different things were here.
Finally, after two hours of driving, we arrived at my apartment.
“You’re joking,” I eximed as I stepped out of the car, my eyes wide. “This is my house? Just mine?! What do I need such a big house for?!”
“We should have gotten a smaller one?” Kross asked, looking like the idea of a smaller house was disturbing.
It was a full house. I had thought I would maybe be staying among students.
“Campus is like twenty minutes away from here,” Axel informed me as they carried my bags inside while I just stood still and stared at it.
It was a bit too much, but I did like it. I had my own space, and I didn’t have to bump into anybody. I walked to Kross and hugged him from behind. He went still,
his steps halting.
“This is too much,” I whispered, “but I love it. You three are spoiling me.”
He scoffed, dropping the bag he was holding and turning to hug me back. God, he smelled so good.
“We do our best,” he said, stroking my hair.
I pulled away, already eager to know my own home when the looks on Kade and Axel’s faces stopped me.
“What?” I asked, confused.
“Kross is the only one that gets a hug, huh?” Axel grumbled, pouting like a child.
I rolled my eyes but I walked to them, hugging Kade first, my face in his neck. He hugged me back, his arms tightening around me.
Kade and I rtionship didn’t need words. He barely spoke anyway, yet so many things are being said in our silence.
I pulled away from him and moved to Axel. He pulled me to him, nuzzling his nose in my hair, before he pulled away and pecked me in the mouth. “There. All good now.”
But this one, though…
We went into the house and it was just as beautiful as I thought. Made to look cozy and warm. It was already a home before I even got to live in it.
“This is beautiful,” I whispered.
“I choose the colors, by the way,” Axel thought it necessary to inform.
I chuckled. “Of course you did.” I looked around and noticed one person was missing. “Oh, where’s Chris?”
“His house’s just a stone’s throw from here,” Kross answered. “He’s gone to settle in.”
“Why can’t he stay here?” I asked. “I mean, it’s a pretty big house.”
All three men froze where they stood, turning to me.
